This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial health of the firm in relation to financial statements compiled according to the Czech accounting standards. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the information ability of financial statements, because these statements are the basic source for financial analysis. Its results are dependent on the quality of information, which are contained in the financial statements. The problem of the financial statements is the possibility to influence them to desirable direction.In the theoretical part is described the final accounts and there are characterized individual statements and the weaknesses of the financial statements. The last chapter of the theoretical part includes the description of the financial analysis. The practical part evaluates the financial health of the definite company. There are identified the factors, which have the influence on the financial health. The impact of these factors are demonstrated on the changes of the value of the financial health´s models.

abstract: The purpose of this constructivist grounded theory study was to explore the perceptions of adult female sexual assault victims/survivors about their wellbeing: their definitions and descriptions of wellbeing; the impact of the assault on wellbeing; and barriers and facilitators to achieving wellbeing following assault. Feminist theory provided the sensitizing concepts for this research. Data were collected via semistructured interviews with 22 adult women who had experienced at least one episode of sexual assault at or above the age of 18. Data analysis included first, second, and third level coding techniques, memo writing, and data displays. Participants experienced negative effects to their overall wellbeing as well as to the wellbeing domains of physical, mental, career/economic/financial, relational, and spiritual. The findings of this study support wellbeing as a core category encompassing the five domains listed above, also described in the literature. The participants also confirmed and expounded in depth on the dynamic, interactive, and overlapping nature of each of the domains of wellbeing and their ability to enhance, maintain, or worsen health status and overall wellbeing. In addition, a new construct emerged that cut across all domains, that of safety, and the overarching significance of culture was recognized. Additional research should continue to explore wellbeing in diverse populations of sexual assault victims/survivors. Additional research should also explore the significance and function of safety in sexual assault victims/survivors. Formal and informal supporters of sexual assault victims/survivors should be aware of the complex ways that sexual assault affects women. Diploma thesis „Evaluation of the financial health of the selected company and suggestions for improvement“ deals with the issue of financial health of the company LEAR a. s. The theoretical part provides knowledge in the field of financial analysis, external and internal analysis. The analytical part is focused on the essential steps for a detailed evaluation of the financial health of the company, including assessment of business environment and calculation of financial indicators. In the last part of the thesis are demonstrated suggestions for the improvement of the unfavourable situation.

The diploma thesis evaluates the financial health of the company CB Auto a.s., by using the methods of financial analysis. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the financial health with regard to the expansion of the portfolio of the company to open a new department OJETÉ VOZY Das Welt Auto Škoda Plus v Českých Budějovicích in 2013. The financial analysis is applied to period from 2010 to 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and application part. The basic terms from the financial analysis field are summarized in the theoretical part. This part also describes particular methods. These methods are applied in application part. Based on the results of this analysis the overall financial health is evaluated. Then there is introduced the proposal for improving the situation of the company in future.

The financial analysis has been a significant part of the enterprise's management. It provides the feedback between the anticipated economic results and the reality based on data and information comprised in the enterprise's financial reports. The purpose of the financial analysis has been to evaluate the financial management of the enterprise, if appropriate to concentrate on some financial components in order to provide information about the financial health of the enterprise.

The main goal is to analyse financial situation and stability of the company Sklárny Bohemia a.s. My graduation theses consists of many back-to-back parts. The most important is the application of scientific methods, techniques and tools to evaluate the financial health of analysed company (for example Quelle method, Schmalenbach method, Bilance rules,... etc.). In conclusion we can find summary of all calculated results, Swot analysis, list of litarature and supplements.

Financial analysis is one of the most important areas of financial planning. In the introductory part of this thesis is therefore concerned with its meaning. Then I focus on the sources from which financial analysis draws - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Notes to the financial statements and Annual Report. The next part describes the various methods used in financial analysis, particularly focusing on ratio indicators, analysis of indicators of status, solvent and bankruptcy models. For the practical part, I chose the brewery Budweiser Budvar n.p., to which I apply these different methods.

Main focus of this Master thesis is on the financial analysis of the tour operator Exim Tours a.s.. It is in fact an external financial analysis as it was elaborated based entirely on publicly accessible sources of the years 2003 to 2009. Introduction of the theory of financial analysis is followed by the practical verification of the financial situation of Exim Tours a.s. using horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and income statement, ratio analysis and their incorporation into bankruptcy models and models of financial health.

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation using methods of financial analysis for a longer period at the company MAT Group, Ltd. dealing with the wholesale and retail goods relating to hardware, garden, plumbing, kitchen utensils, electrical supplies, etc. The financial analysis was based on methods of horizontal and vertical analysis, methods of analysis of net working capital, also analysis of ratios and analysis systems indicators. In conclusion, it was used rye-ratios compared with those in the industry and also with selected competitors. The results of the financial analysis methods can serve as an overview of the financial situation of the company management, as well as a basis for deciding on another activities of the company.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse financial health of the company Gumárny Zubří, a. s., using the financial statements covering the period from 2007 to 2011. In the theoretical part the process of financial statement analysis is introduced including its importance, goals, users, sources and methods. In the practical part after presenting the company the methods are applied on it. The most important findings are summed up in the closing part of the thesis.
