Návrh vodního díla sloužícího k protipovodňové ochraně / Design of water reservoir for flood protection

Vláčil, Lukáš Unknown Date (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to map an anti-flooding protection in locality Dobrá Voda near Hořice and to create suitable plan of a water retention reservoir. Retention reservoir works as a system for holding and transformation of flood wave and thus for dealing with floods. First part of this thesis covers general description of issues of floods, current legislature, anti-flooding measures and a description of flood wave transformation. Methods for determination of retention seepage of the reservoir are described in this part as well. Computer programmes (HEC-RAS, Transformwave) were used for the purpose of above mentioned determination. In the second part of this thesis the given locality is described including all the possible risks and plans of convenient anti-flooding measures. The results of appropriate software determinations are compared in this part of the thesis as well. A final plan of a suitable retention reservoir is based on the results of comparison.

Návrh a posouzení suché nádrže a protipovodňové ochrany / Design of small reservoirs and flood protection

Pikna, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the flood protection of the village Hrušky (Vyškov district). The hydraulic analysis of the water flow on the rivers Litava (river station km 19,460 - 20,928) and Rakovec (river station km 0,000 - 0,638) was done. The hydraulic analysis was performed on the Q5, Q20 and Q100 flows. For analysis was used a 2D numerical flow model in HEC-RAS 5.0.6. Based on results was designed a flood protection including a dry reservoir. The input data for the diploma thesis was the 2013 study „Litava II – přírodě blízká protipovodňová opatření a obnova přirozené hydromorfologie a retenční kapacity toku a nivy v úseku ř. km 16,0 (Újezd u Brna) až ř. km 24,0 (Slavkov u Brna)“. The diploma thesis was processed as a real project in the design office of Regioprojekt Brno, s.r.o.

Posouzení vodního díla Těšetice za povodní / Safety Assesment of the Těšetice Dam during Floods

Vaněk, Petr January 2016 (has links)
The Diploma Thesis focuses on the assessment of the current state of VD Tesetice to convert KPV parameters Q1000. Based on this evaluation, the thesis proposes corrective actions on waterwork constructions for the purpose of protection of their functioning during floods. Proposed corrective actions consist of designing new or additional safety features, mainly security spillway in abutment terrain.

Modelování zvláštní povodně pod vodním dílem Plumlov / Modeling of Flood Propagation due to the Failure of the Plumlov Dam

Pekárek, Karel January 2022 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the extent of territory endangered by dam break flood wave under Plumlov dam, using 2D mathematic modelling of water flow under the dam and in the inundation nearby. Output results of the model are maps of the extent territory with highlighted flood area.

Stanovení funkčních objemů nádrže s uvažováním nejistot vstupních dat / Determination of the functional volumes of the reservoir considering input data uncertainties

Paseka, Stanislav Unknown Date (has links)
Damaging changes and interventions in the water cycle in our landscape caused mainly in the last century together with uncertainties from climate change are the cause of more frequent occurrences of hydrological extremes. In Hydrology, the most urgent problem is that the values of the long-term mean flows are decreasing in rivers as well as the yield of groundwater sources, but on the other hand, we cannot forget to the problem of extreme floods. In these consequences developing methods and tools to uncertainty analysis of the reservoir yield and of the reservoir flood protection is very important, useful and desired. The main aim was to determine the functional volumes of the reservoir considering input data measurement uncertainties and to quantify them and was explained how uncertainty took into account in results. The active storage capacity was determined from the historical series of monthly flows that were affected by uncertainties, next were applied on water evaporation, seepage losses of the dam and morphological volume-area curves. The simulation-optimization reservoir model was developed and temporal reliability as reservoir yield performance measures was applied. This model will extend the existing UNCE_RESERVOIR software. The flood capacity was determined from random flood wave variations were obtained by repeatedly generating uncertainty on the flood hydrograph. Software was developed based on the modified Klemes method, which was able to transform flood waves. The measurement uncertainties of data inputs were created using Monte Carlo method in both softwares. By connecting two softwares, the functional volumes of the reservoir under conditions of measurement uncertainties were complexly determined. The case study was applied to the real water reservoir, in the Morava River Basin. The result will be whether the dam is resistant to the current conditions, or the optimal design of the functional volumes of reservoir under conditions uncertainties.

Návrh malé víceúčelové nádrže v k.ú Velké Albrechtice / Design of a small multipurpose reservoir in the cadastral area Velké Albrechtice

Novák, Radomír January 2014 (has links)
The first section of this diploma thesis pursues an algorithm design of flood wave transformation in Excel software and its application afterwards. The software is used to design a small multipurpose reservoir. The algorithm covers consumption calculations of typical dam structures such as discharge structures, sluice planks, narrowed section of discharge pipes and safety spillways. The thesis also includes a mathematical model of water infiltration into the bottom of the inundation area and through the dam body. The last section of the thesis is dealing with an aesthetic integration of the whole structure into the local environment.
