Záhony komponované z rostlin používaných ve floristické tvorbě

Klímová, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
The thesis „Flower beds made up of plants used in floristic production“ is about growing cuttable plants. The literature review pursues the historical development of gardens with plants suitable for cutting up to the present approach of growing cuttable plants. An important part is also the critical evaluation, needed characteristics, dates and methods of harvesting, modifications after harvesting and floristic use of perennial plant product lines suitable for cutting. The integral part of the literature overview is also the part that pursues the design, realization and resulting maintenance of the flower beds with cuttable plants. The practical part continues after the theoretical part. It pursues the design of flower beds with cuttable plants within the experimental garden of the Mendel University in Lednice. The practical part contains a table summary with chosen types of plants that are suitable for cutting. Mainly the segment of perennial plants is shown in the tables and is completed by bulbed plants and wood plants. The design of the flower beds is a part of the project documentation. An integral part is the design of the planting plan in which the most suitable plants are chosen from the summary table. The technologies for establishing and maintaining the flower beds are in accordance with the design and planting plan.

Cévnaté rostliny okolí cest v CHKO Jizerské hory – jaký vliv má nadmořská výška a kontaktní biotopy na jejich rozšíření? / Vascular plants along the roads in the Jizerské hory Mts – the effect of altitude and contact habitat

Titěra, Jan January 2016 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to map the incidence of vascular plants along the various categories of roads and crossroads at different altitudes and in different contact habitats (forests × meadow) and identify invasive species. The species were mapped to a total of 120 sites, including 45 sites accounted for forest roads, 40 sites meadow paths and 35 sites forest crossroads. There were found 3 strongly endangered species and 5 endangered species. From the total non-native species was found a large proportion of naturalized and invasive species that could potentially threaten natural communities. DCCA analysis was found that the species composition invasive plant reacts to the individually environmental variables statistically significant. It was also found large share of competitive strategies, and a small share of stress-tolerant strategists. Furthermore, it was found that the species composition of the flora responds to altitude statistically highly significant. DCA analysis was found affiliation species to categories of roads and crossroads, level of traffic and to contact habitats. Furthermore was used CCA analysis. It was found that the species composition of the plant reacts to the presence of trees present in the surrounding vegetation statistically highly significant. Part of the work has also been gathering literature data about the relationship between flora and roads, vectors of spread plants and alien species and flora of roads in Jizera mountains. The results were compared with other works, and complemented by own knowledge of the author, in the discussion. Contribution of work consists in mapping the flora of roads and crossroads in many locations in Jizera mountains, botanical supplement data and the identification of potentially invasive species expanding along the roads. The results of this study should serve as a basis for preventive or protectionist measures implemented in Jizera mountains.

Floristikos galimybės ugdant kūrybiškumą pradinėse klasėse / Possibilities of floristic to educate creature in primary school

Karnilienė, Gita 21 August 2006 (has links)
One of the main modern school’s striving – the education of creative personality. The creature stimulates person to look carefully to himself, perceive his addictions and abilities more, educate ability originally, flexible think and operate. This highly valuable person’s feature should be educated from the childhood in the family, kinder garden, at primary school. The art and technologies lessons, floristic’s bunches are suitable in order to educate pupil’s creature, on the strength of floristic, although exactly for this activities area hasn’t got a lot of attention: missing methodical recommendations, decrease of educational hours for design of natural materials, low schools’ material facilities, all this restricts teacher, who tries realize education’s purposes. Area of phytodesign, in pursuance of development floristic culture, is relevant for teachers, because it is poorly researched, are lacking in efficient, methodical literature, in designed activities descriptions, examples. Floristic isn’t used enough for pupils’ creative. Therefore it’s necessary to constitute right educational conditions to educate pupils’ creature with the help of floristic. Object of research - possibilities of floristic in order to educate creature in primary school. Purpose of research – uncover possibilities of floristic in order to educate creature. Problems of research: 1) to analyze psychological, educational and scientific - methodical literature about creature’s education and floristic... [to full text]

Odrůdy z evropského sortimentu máku setého (Papaver somniferum L.) vhodné pro okrasné zahradnictví

Pastrňák, Jan January 2015 (has links)
The thesis examining food varieties of opium poppy, should find such variety that would put to use in decorative horticulture and floristry. The attempt took place during 3-8 / 2014 Opava in the Czech Republic at the Research Institute of Oilseed Crops Opava, using a national program of conservation and use of plant genetic resources and agricultural biodiversity. The target was met on the theoretical and 8 existing varieties, it is possible to use in practice. It would certainly be put to use a larger number of interesting varieties, but beneficial to use a variety of combinations of positive properties.

Lišejníky Trubínského vrchu u Berouna a studie Aspicilia dominiana / Lichens of Trubínský vrch hill near Beroun (central Bohemia) and a study of Aspicilia dominiana

Lenzová, Veronika January 2015 (has links)
Lichens of Trubínský vrch hill near Beroun (central Bohemia) and a study of Aspicilia dominiana Veronika Lenzová Abstract This diploma thesis is divided into two separate parts. The goal of the first part was to carry out a complete lichenofloristic research of Trubín hill near Beroun. There are diabasic outcrops on the south side of the hill. Due to wide spectrum of the lichen species this substrate is very interesting for the lichenologists. In total I have found 125 lichen species there. 105 lichen species grow on diabasic rocks. A considerable amount of recorded lichens is among endangered species for example Aspicilia dominiana, Caloplaca conversa, Lichinella stipatula, Phaeophyscia constipata. The second part is focused on the taxonomic study of the Aspicilia dominiana and related species. A. domininana is recently known only from a few diabasic localities in the Czech Republic. After revision of the herbarium material based on microscopic and chemical characteristics I have found out that the taxon A. dominiana is similar with the A. intermutans. Compliance of these taxa have been confirmed with the molecular data from the sequencing of the two genes nrITS and mTSS too. Therefore I propose to synonymize these two taxa. According to the phylogenetic tree the lichen A. intermutans is not closely...

Fytogeografická analýza rozšíření vybraných xero-termofilních taxonů bylin podél kaňonu Sázavy ve středních Čechách / Phytogeographical analysis of distribution of selected xero-thermophilous herbaceous taxa along the Sázava River valley in Central Bohemia

Vlasák, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
This study is focused on a phytogeographic analysis of the distribution of selected xero thermophilous herb taxa along the Sázava Canyon in Central Bohemia. The research was done in 62 localities scattered along the major river stretch from Ledeč nad Sázavou to the confluence of Sázava with the Vltava Riever. The Sázava River was divided according to the river mileage into 8 even sections where there were 6 or 7 larger representative localities further selected. In each locality there was obtained the semi quantitative floristic inventory of species according to a pre prepared check in list with 57 taxa, further a detailed exploration of the locality was performed including the measurement of the area (in ha), direct perpendicular distance to the Sázava riverbed (in km), distance of the locality related to the river mileage, proportion of slopes of southern expositions, by means of conservative method using paper maps, calculation of the coefficient of variation of local altitudes (i.e. the assessment of vertical complexity), reading of geographical coordinates by tourist GPS receiver and finally a detailed determination of bedrock types at individual localities. The results were processed and then statistically evaluated in the program CANOCO software for multivariate analyses. The CANOCO program calculated that the influence of species composition in the given areas describes approximately 8.6 % of the total variability of individual species. This influence is proven to be statistically significant on the alpha level = 5%. The analysis, using observed data, calculated that 28.9 % of total variability of the vegetation composition in the studied floristic areas is influenced by the chosen variables. This work may serve as a comprehensive resource of the sites for future research, also it brings a valuable floristic data for the nature conservation purposes.
