Darbo tikslas – įvertinti Lietuvos rinkoje parduodamų maisto papildų ženklinimo atitiktį teisės aktams bei vartotojų nuomonę apie maisto papildus. Rengiant darbą buvo iškelti uždaviniai: 1. Apibendrinti NMVRVI atliekamus maisto papildų tyrimus. 2. Išanalizuoti vartotojų žinias apie maisto papildus. Per darbo rašymo laikotarpį buvo vykdoma anoniminė, internetinė apklausa, kurios pagalba buvo norėta išsiaiškinti vartotojų žinias apie maisto papildus, bei kokią įtaką jų pasirinkimui turi sveikatingumo ar maistingumo teiginiai, nurodyti ant pakuočių. Tuo tarpu NMVRVI buvo rinkti ir analizuojami duomenys apie atliktus maisto papildų laboratorinius tyrimus (2009-2013 metais). Duomenys palyginti ir apibendrinti aprašomosios analizės būdu. / The aim of the work – to evaluate the compliance of dietary supplements sold in the Lithuanian market with the labelling acts and to analyse consumers' opinion on dietary supplements. The study had the following objectives: 1. To summarize all the research made on nutritional supplements by the National Food and Veterinary Risk Assessment Institute. 2. To analyse the consumer market in this area, marketing potential and consumers' knowledge about food supplements. An anonymous online survey was carried out for this research which helped to find out the consumers' knowledge about food supplements, and what influence is made to their choice by health or nutrition claims on packages. In the meantime, the National Food and Veterinary Risk Assessment Institute has been gathering and analysing data of carried out laboratory tests on dietary supplements (2009-2013). Data was compared and summarized using descriptive analysis.

The subject of this thesis is the strategic development of the company Infinity Sport, s. r. o., which operates in the market of nutritional supplements, sportswear and other sporting goods. The data needed to assess the current state of the company and to select a suitable development strategy were obtained using various analytical methods detailed in the theoretical part. In the analytical part, individual methods of strategic analysis were applied to a particular enterprise, and the results were integrated into the SWOT analysis, which was the basis for the design of a specific growth strategy of the company. In the design section, individual possibilities of expansion to the new market were elaborated, from which the most suitable alternative, which should be used by the company in the case of the realization of the development, was chosen.

Zavedení metody stanovení pyridoxinu kapalinovou chromatografií v potravinářských výrobcích a surovinách / Introducing of method of pyridoxine determination by liquid chromatography in food products and resourcesNechyba, Ondřej January 2009 (has links)
This master‘s thesis deals with quantification of vitamin B6 in beverages, food supplements and raw materials in food industry. The literature retrieval part summarizes general information about vitamines, vitamine B6, nicotine acid and vitamine B1. Further on in this part there is described principle of high pressure liquid chromatography and quantification of individual vitamines. In the experimental there are listed used tools, apparatus and chemicals. There is described preparation of idividual samples of food supplements, energy drinks, multivitamine drinks, beers and brewer’s malts. This chapter also contains information about chromatographic separatory systems Shimadzu and SpectraSystem. The quantification was performed by high pressure liquid chromatography on a reverse phase with gradient elution and two ways of detection, fluorescent and spectrofotmetric. The result of experimental activities and vitamine content in analysed samples are presented in the next chapter. In the final contains summarization of results obtained in experimental part. The maser’s thesis was measured in the laboratory of Institute of Food Science and Biotechnology, Faculty of Chemistry, Brno University of Technology.
