This diploma thesis focuses on the forms of communication used by one particular company. Another part of the thesis are the poll results of the group of customers from victiculture branch which shows us potential problems in this matters. The result of this analysis is an output in a form of suggestions which are going to contribute in improvement of marketing communication of this company.

The object of my dissertation is to introduce the issue of communication between the parent and the inexperienced teacher. The theoretical part is based on the research literature, and it is devoted to various forms of communication as well as to effective communication with parents. The practical part focuses on the experiences new teacher gain while having class meetings, tripartite meetings, on his dealing with conflicts, and on his everyday communication with parents. For the purposes of this analysis, it is essential to obtain information from other inexperienced teachers. The thesis deals with the communication of class teacher with the parents in primary school. The current position of this topic within the Czech education system is examined. Educational programs and initiatives focusing on this area of teacher's work are studied. Specific forms of communication available to teachers are presented with their advantages and disadvantages. Four case studies and their final comparison examines teachers' approach to the selection of specific forms of communication and the formation of the overall structure of communication with parents. Case studies describe the forms of communication used by individual teachers. Sources of information about the possible forms of communication, as well as factors that influence the teachers are presented. Individual studies are evaluated in the context of the others and their common and different features are identified. The issue of training of future teachers in this area is discussed. Individual approach of teachers to this topic is observed.

Este estado da arte busca, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica documental de abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, com características exploratórias, sistematizar a produção na área da surdocegueira e das formas de comunicação possíveis para a pessoa com surdocegueira congênita ou adquirida no Brasil. Tem como objetivo fazer o estado da arte da produção científica na área da surdocegueira no Brasil de 1999 a 2015, mapear as produções sobre a temática e analisar: bases teóricas específicas sobre a temática surdocegueira; bases teóricas gerais da educação e educação especial; categoria administrativa; detalhamento de produções por base de dados; distribuição por área de conhecimento; distribuição temporal de teses e dissertações por ano; financiador da pesquisa; objetivos e temáticas pesquisadas; palavraschave; pesquisa por regiões do país; pesquisas por instituições de ensino superior; produção por modalidade de pesquisa e o total de cada modalidade no período de 1999 a 2015; quantidade de participantes nas pesquisas; quantidade por tipo de produção; quantidade total de produções por base de dados; repetições de pesquisas selecionadas por base de dados; teses e dissertações por região do país; tipo de coleta de dados das pesquisas; tipologia de pesquisa; total de produção por modalidade de pesquisa. Ademais, constrói um quadro conceitual analítico sobre os conceitos de surdocegueira e formas de comunicação este novo elemento busca a construção de um corpus que tem servido como fonte e referência para os trabalhos desenvolvidos nesta área. A justificativa de trabalho parte da intenção de contribuir para consolidação dos conhecimentos teóricos e conceituais; quanto à justificativa de pesquisa, considera-se pertinente a sistematização das produções à luz de referenciais teóricos consolidados internacional e/ou nacionalmente. A delimitação do período de 1999 a 2015 para recolher informações para a pesquisa bibliográfica foi assumida por definir como corte inferior o primeiro trabalho de pesquisa produzido no Brasil. O corpus de análise foi composto de pesquisas de mestrado e doutorado, artigos científicos e livros. As informações foram sistematizadas com base em: quantidade total de produções por base de dados; categoria administrativa; modalidade de pesquisa; distribuição por ano; instituição; região do país; tipologia das pesquisas; área de conhecimento; palavras-chave; financiamento; quantidade de participantes; tipo de coleta de informações, além da análise conceitual sobre surdocegueira e formas de comunicação. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a maioria da 7 produção foi realizada na região Sudeste, sendo que a região Norte não produziu nenhuma pesquisa na temática até 2015. Constatou-se um crescimento gradual nos últimos dez anos, como também se observou, nesse mesmo período, que os referenciais brasileiros passaram a ser utilizados juntamente com os clássicos estrangeiros da área. No processo de consolidação da área, verifica-se que os trabalhos, inicialmente desenvolvidos em instituições privadas, passaram a ocupar espaço significativo em instituições públicas. A área que tem marcadamente produzido é da Educação, com financiamento de agências de fomento. Conceitualmente, as pesquisas expressam solidez quanto ao conceito de surdocegueira e seus enfoques quanto às formas de comunicação estão muito relacionados à diferença entre a surdocegueira congênita e a adquirida. The corpus of analysis was composed by masters and doctorate researches, scientific articles and books. The information was systematized from the total amount of productions in each data base; administrative category; research modality; year of production; institution; region in the country; type of research; knowledge area; keywords; financial support; number of participants; type of data collected. Moreover, the study also makes a conceptual analysis of deafblindness and of the forms of communication. The results of the research show that the major part of the studies was performed in the 9 Southeast region, and that the North region hasnt produced any research on the theme until 2015. With a gradual growth in the last ten years, and in the same period the references used became to be more frequently Brazilian, allied to the international classics in the area. In the process of the consolidation of the area, there can be verified that the studies, developed initially in private institutions, came to occupy a significant space in public institutions. The most common area of production is Education, with financial support of funding agencies. Conceptually the researches show soundness in terms of the concept of deafblindness, and its focus with respect to the forms of communication are closely related to the difference between congenital and acquired deafblindness. It was possible to determine the concern to respect the forms of communication that the person with deafblindness assumes without any value judgment that would mark the primacy of one to the detriment of the others.

The introductory part deals with the fundamental characteristics of communication, currently used communication models, analyze the communication process and describe social nature of communication using managers communication networks inside and outside the organization. After that, the work refers to specific forms of communication and their use with ICT technology. The practical part firstly examines the managers communication needs and then analyzes the claims and demands for communication strategy. The gained knowledge is then used to design specific management communications system.

The theoretical part is focused on scholar of freshman class, focused on school maturity and readiness, school immaturity, initiation of school attendance and affimnity of family with school. The practical part is focused on concrete forms of communicatoin and coopertion of the school with parents, usage rate of this cooperation and content of concrete forms of coopertion. There are also describes cooperation of the school with parents of children of preschool age. This thesis describes concrete requirements on the parents.

Η εργασία αυτή διαπραγματεύεται το Πρόγραμμα «ΜΕΛΙΝΑ» το οποίο θεωρείται πρωτοποριακό στην Ελλάδα διότι προσφέρει, μέσα από τις δυνατότητες της τέχνης, την ευκαιρία για πολλαπλές αναγνώσεις τόσο των γνωστικών αντικειμένων όσο και των συναισθημάτων των μαθητών που μετέχουν στην επικοινωνία. Η κεντρική ιδέα του προγράμματος είναι το παιδί και η αυτοεκτίμησή του, ο σεβασμός στις ανάγκες του, στις ικανότητές του, στους ρυθμούς και στους χρόνους του, στις ιδιαιτερότητές του. Έτσι, το Πρόγραμμα έχει ως βασικό μέσο τις τέχνες για την προσέγγιση των γνωστικών αντικειμένων, αλλάζοντας τη μεθοδολογία του παραδοσιακού σχολείου και δίνοντας απάντηση στο πώς μπορούν να αναπτυχθούν κανονικά και ισάξια οι γνωστικές, συναισθηματικές, ψυχοκινητικές και κοινωνικές δεξιότητες του παιδιού, παράλληλα με την απελευθέρωση της φαντασίας και της δημιουργικότητάς του. / This paper discusses the "MELINA" Project, which is considered innovative because it offers in Greece, through the possibilities of art, the opportunity for multiple interpretations of both the subjects and the emotions of the students involved in communication. The central idea is the child and his self-esteem, respect their needs, their abilities, and the pace of the times, the peculiarities. Thus, the program is a key instrument for the arts approach of disciplines, changing the methodology of traditional school and giving answer to that can grow normally and equally cognitive, affective, psychomotor and social skills of the child, along with the release imagination and creativity.
