Gekrümmte Beton-Leichtbauelemente mit bionisch inspirierten Krafteinleitungssystemen durch Einsatz flexibler GFK-Schalungen

Funke, Henrik, Ulke-Winter, Lars, Petzoldt, Carolin, Müller, Christian, Gelbrich, Sandra, Kroll, Lothar 21 July 2022 (has links)
B. [1], [3]–[5]). [Aus: Ausgangsfragen und Zielsetzung] / The architecture of the 21st century is characterized by free form finding, whereby saving resources in combination with functional integration are increasingly important for efficient construction methods. Classic materials, such as steel reinforced concrete, quickly reach their limits in terms of organic shapes and functionalization. In addition, due to the corrosion tendency of the steel reinforcement, high concrete coverings are required, which prevents the implementation of filigree construction methods with small thicknesses (see e.g. [1], [2]). Therefore, the research of new types of concrete structures with lightweight properties using textile reinforcement has been the subject of intensive scientific work for some years, e.g. DFG–SFB 528 and 532, BMBF project C³ and numerous international projects, e.g. [1], [3]–[5]). Komunitní centrum v Českých Budějovicích - stavebně technologický projekt / The community center in the Czech Budejovice - Construction Technology Project

Vondrák, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The theme of the diploma thesis is the construction technology project construction of a community center in the Czech Budejovice. The work describes the study of the main stages of technological, financial and construction schedule, itemized budget and technological prescription for performance building envelope. A substantial part of the work is to perform a technological prescription ceiling cladding structure above 1.NP, which is supplemented by technical-economic balance for the implementation of this ceiling construction, along with formwork drawings describes the optimal design of monolithic ceiling structure above 1.NP. Suitable design of the implementation process of the ceiling structure is achieved by reducing the cost of implementation of nearly 10% and shorten the length of the lease formwork system of almost 34% compared to the original assumption.

Průmyslový areál s administrativní budovou / Industrial Park with Aministration Building

Krupa, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis focuses on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of constructing Industrial park with administration building consisting of two parts, SO 01 – Administration building and SO 02 – Industrial building. The two objects are situated on the plot No. 715/1, in the cadastre unit Vrbno pod Pradědem located on an undeveloped land of the investor. The exit from the parking lot connects to the local traffic infrastructure. Public infrastructure leads in proximity to the land. The design of the construction respects local zoning plan. Project documentation was made in compliance with up-to-date requirements according to valid standards and regulations. The building is functionally divided into two objects, SO 01 and SO 02, which are operationally and structurally connected. Constructions of both objects are statically independent. The object SO 01, partially accessible to the public, is used for administrative tasks and staff facilities. Also, there is a sample room available to the public, gatehouse and warehouses. The object SO 02 is purposed for the production of plastic windows and solar panels. It mainly consists of areas used for production, but there is also an office for the master, a machine room for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and staff facilities. The object SO 01 is designed from a wall structural system from clay masonry, clay ceilings, strip foundation and a flat roof. The object SO 02 is designed as a full-metal prefabricated object with a saddle roof and foundation pads. The construction system of this object consists of steel columns. Plan dimensions of SO 01 are 25x14 metres. Building envelope is made from clay blocks, 440 mm in width, filled with mineral wool. Plan dimensions of SO 02 are 66,9x22,9 metres. Object’s curtain walling is made from prefabricated sandwich panels containing a core from PUR material.

Objekt pro seniory Ořechov / Home for the elderly Ořechov

Koláčková, Michaela January 2018 (has links)
The subject of the diploma thesis is processing of the technical part of the project documentation for the new three-storey home for elderly with partial basement, which is located in the village Ořechov. The object is situated on a flat terrain, which is situated little bit higher than local road. That was used for an architectonic conception of the house –basement is open and accessible by local road from the north side, the rest is under ground. The detached building is partly roofed by a flat green roof and partly roofed by flat roof covered with gravel. The object is divided into individual areas. In the second and third floor is living and social area. 11 dwelling units of different sizes are designed. First floor is also accessible to the public and together with entrance hall and reception, which is situated in the middle of the object with the main entrance on the east side, there are another two separate areas. The left wing serves as a medical department, in the right wing is cofé with his own staff facilities. In the basement is a utility room and storage areas.
