La presente investigación tiene como finalidad determinar los principales factores que contribuyeron al incremento de las exportaciones peruanas de uva fresca a Estados Unidos durante los años 2002- 2017. Específicamente, determinar si es que la producción nacional, el precio FOB de las exportaciones peruanas a Estados Unidos y el PBI de Estados Unidos fueron factores determinantes para el incremento de las exportaciones peruanas de uva fresca a Estados Unidos durante los años 2002 - 2017. La metodología utilizada es análisis cuantitativo de tipo correlacional, ya que se pretende determinar la significancia estadística de las variables y conocer si existe o no relación entre estas. Todo esto con la finalidad de brindar información clara y real acerca de los factores que influyen en este rubro a los exportadores y todos los relacionados directa o indirectamente con este sector y sectores similares. / The purpose of the following research is to discover the main factors that determine the peruvian exports of fresh grapes between the years 2002 - 2017. Specifically, if the national production, the FOB price of the peruvian exports and the US GDP were determining factors for the increase in the peruvian export of fresh grapes between the years 2002 - 2017. The methodology used was a quantitative study with a correlational analysis, because we are trying to determine the statistical significance of the variables and to know if there is a relationship between them. All of this with the intention of giving clear and real information about the determining factors that influence this sector to the exporters and everyone that is directly or indirectly related to this sector or similar ones. / Tesis

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los factores que influyeron en el incremento de las exportaciones de uvas frescas de la región de Ica bajo el TLC Perú-China del periodo 2008-2019. Donde se investigó, como esta integración comercial benefició al Perú para generar una mayor exportación en sus productos agropecuarios, en este caso la uva. En el primer capítulo, se presentan los antecedentes; bases teóricas de internacionalización, negociación internacional, factores determinantes de empresas exportadoras y la descripción de la uva. En el segundo capítulo, se muestra el análisis del contexto de la investigación y se plantea el problema, los objetivos y las hipótesis. En el tercer capítulo, se describe la metodología, la cual es mixta, también se menciona los perfiles de empresas exportadoras de uvas y se encuentra la relación entre las variables de cada factor. Para ello, se entrevistó a empresas exportadoras de uvas de Ica. En el cuarto capítulo, se presenta la aplicación, estructura y análisis de las encuentras elaboradas a expertos y especialistas en comercio internacional y en exportación de uvas. Así mismo, se analizan los resultados obtenidos del SPSS. En el quinto capítulo, se validan las hipótesis planteadas para esta investigación. Finalmente, en el sexo capítulo, se describe las conclusiones y recomendaciones de los resultados elaborados en este estudio. / This research aims to analyze the factors that influenced the increase in exports of fresh grapes from the Ica region under the Peru-China FTA of 2008-2019. Where it was investigated, how this commercial integration benefited Peru to generate a greater export in its agricultural products, in this case the grape. In the first chapter, the background is presented; theoretical bases of internationalization, international negotiation, determining factors of the exporting companies and the description of the grape. In the second chapter, the analysis of the research context is shown and the problem, objectives and hypotheses are presented. In the third chapter, the methodology is described, which is mixed, the profiles of the grape exporting companies are also mentioned and the relationship between the variables of each factor is found. To do this, Ica grape exporting companies were interviewed. In the fourth chapter, its application, structure and analysis are presented to experts and specialists in international trade and export of grapes. La presente investigación tiene el propósito de analizar los factores que influyen en las exportaciones de uva fresca de las Pymes en la Región Ica, como una alternativa que permita ayudar a las Pymes no exportadoras a buscar estos factores tanto internos como externos y que tienen variables que se relacionan y pueden ser fundamentales al momento de la internacionalización de una Pyme y así incrementar los volúmenes de exportación. La importancia de esta investigación radica en contribuir a que las Pymes puedan aumentar sus exportaciones e ingresos anuales, además, se tiene como finalidad de poder demostrar que existe potencial en los cuatro factores expuestos y que se desarrollan para tener un mayor alcance de cómo influyen en la exportación de las Pymes. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se realizó una encuesta con escala de Likert a una muestra de 50 Pymes exportadoras ubicadas en la Región Ica con la finalidad de tener mayor conocimiento y poder analizar los resultados mediante el método cuantitativo del coeficiente de Spearman. / This research is intended to analyze the factors influencing the exports of fresh grapes from SMEs (Small and Medium Business) in the Ica Region, as an alternative to help non-exporting SMEs to look for these internal and external factors and that have variables that are related and can be fundamental at the moment of the internationalization of a SME and thus increase the volumes of the export. En los últimos años, las exportaciones de uvas frescas han tenido un constante crecimiento. Las empresas exportadoras se enfrentan a entornos muy dinámicos, es por ello que, para el desarrollo de ventajas competitivas, es necesario adaptarse y adquirir nuevos conocimientos, que les permita abrirse a nuevos mercados. La presente investigación consiste en exponer a la capacidad gerencial, asociatividad y calidad como factores que se relacionan con el desempeño de las exportaciones de uvas frescas de la Región Ica en el periodo 2016-2020. Por medio de una metodología de tipo mixta, se analizaron los factores mencionados mediante dos análisis: cualitativo, a través de las entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas a los principales actores clave y expertos en el sector que proporcionan información relevante; y un análisis cuantitativo, mediante encuestas a empresas exportadoras de uvas frescas pertenecientes a asociaciones y/o cooperativas de la Región Ica. / In recent years, exports of fresh grapes have had a constant growth. Actualmente la cadena logística de las exportaciones de uvas frescas es una de las más complejas en las exportaciones de productos perecibles debido a las distintas etapas por las que transcurre este producto. Según PROVID (2020) en la campaña de exportación 2019-2020, Perú exportó 55 variedades de uva fresca al mundo, siendo los principales importadores Estados Unidos y China. Debido a la complejidad de la cadena logística de estos productos, existen mayores riesgos operacionales para las empresas exportadoras peruanas. Se consideran riesgos operacionales a que aquellos provocados por fallas humanas o en los procesos que suceden en el día a día en las empresas. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de la presente tesis es encontrar la relación entre los riesgos operacionales y la cadena logística de las exportaciones de uva fresca hacia Estados Unidos durante el periodo 2016 a 2020. Se considerarán las siguientes dimensiones como parte de la variable independiente Riesgos Operacionales: (i) Riesgos de Aprovisionamiento, (ii) Riesgos Tecnológicos, (iii) Riesgos de Producción y (iv) Riesgos Organizacionales. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque mixto de diseño correlacional. Para el análisis cuantitativo se realizó 49 encuestas a ejecutivos de diversas agroexportadoras que conforman nuestra muestra de estudio. Asimismo, para el análisis cualitativo se realizó 12 entrevistas a expertos de empresas agroexportadoras, instituciones gubernamentales como PROMPERU y asociaciones como ADEX y AGAP. Finalmente se llegó a la conclusión que las dimensiones de la variable riesgos operacionales están relacionadas con la cadena logística de las exportaciones de uva fresca del Perú hacia Estados Unidos. / Currently, the logistics chain for fresh grape exports is one of the most complex in the export of perishable products due to the different stages through which this product passes. According to PROVID (2020) in the 2019-2020 exporting season, Peru exported 55 varieties of fresh grapes to the world, the main importers being the United States and China. Due to the complexity of the logistics chain for these products, there are greater operational risks for Peruvian exporting companies. Operational risks are considered to be those caused by human failures or in the processes that occur on a daily basis in companies. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to find the relationship between operational risks and the logistics chain of fresh grape exports to the United States during the period 2016 to 2020. The following dimensions will be considered as part of the independent variable Operational Risks: (i) Procurement Risks, (ii) Technological Risks, (iii) Production Risks and (iv) Organizational Risks. The research was developed under a mixed method with a correlational design. For the quantitative analysis, 39 surveys were carried out with executives from various agro-exporters that make up our study sample. Likewise, for the qualitative analysis, 12 interviews were conducted with experts from agro-exporting companies, governmental institutions such as PROMPERU and associations such as ADEX and AGAP. Finally, it was concluded that the dimensions of the Operational Risks variable are related to the logistics chain of fresh grape exports from Peru to the United States. / Tesis
