Anwendung prozessorientierter und taktratenabhängiger Bewegungen in Verarbeitungsmaschinen

Dieser Beitrag stellt einen Ansatz zur Steigerung der Ausbringung von Verarbeitungsmaschinen vor, der besonders bei der Umsetzung von Handhabungsaufgaben mittels dezentraler Antriebe wirkungsvoll angewandt werden kann. Ausgehend von einer Analyse bisheriger Ausbringungsbegrenzungen wird ein Konzept vorgestellt, welches Prozessmodelle, deren Nutzung in Bewegungsoptimierungen und die Abarbeitung mit Motion-Control-Systemen beinhaltet. Experimentelle Nachweise an Beispielprozessen, die den Erfolg des beschriebenen Ansatzes zeigen sowie weiterführende Gedanken bilden den Abschluss des Beitrages.

Konstruktion av upphängningsanordning till T22 provrigg / Construction of suspension device for T22 test rig

Detta examensarbete går ut på att konstruera en upphängningsanordning för en provrigg på Scania. Scania har i dagsläget ett flertal olika provriggar, en provrigg de har är T22. Syftet med detta arbete är att utveckla en fixtur som har egenskapen att stödja en tung växellåda så den utgående axeln på växellådan kan provas i provriggen T22. Metoden som används för denna utveckling består av flera moment där den första delen är att mäta nuvarande mått på växellådan och modellera en fixtur med hjälp av de mått som tagits i CAD-programmet CATIA. Därefter kan fixturen som konstruerats i CATIA sammanställas ihop med växellådan för att se om dimensionerna stämmer. När sammanställningen har genomförts kan mekaniska analyser utföras och sedan avslutas med tester. Resultatet av projektet blev en upphängningsanordning som monteras på Scanias växellådor som i sin tur kopplas ihop med provrigg T22. Scanias befintliga komponenter som lyftbalk och cirkulär konsol användes och kompletterades med armar som möjliggör att montera växellådan bakifrån i provrigg T22. Av det här resultatet kan vi dra slutsatsen att Scania kan montera fixturen på de allra flesta GW växellådorna och utföra mätningar via provriggen T22. / This thesis is about designing a suspension device for a test rig at Scania. Scania currently has several different test rigs, one test rig they have is T22. The purpose of this work is to develop a fixture that has the property of supporting a large gearbox so that the output shaft of the gearbox can be tested in the test rig T22. The method used for this development consists of several parts where the first part is to measure the current dimensions of the gearbox and then create a fixture in the CAD program CATIA V5 adapted to the dimensions taken before on the gearbox. Then the fixture constructed in CATIA V5 can be assembled with the gearbox to check if the dimensions are correct and fits together. Once the compilation has been completed, mechanical analyzes can be performed and then conclude with tests.The result of the project was a suspension device that is mounted on Scania's gearboxes which in turn are connected to test rig T22. Scania's existing components such as lifting beam and circular adapter were used and supplemented with arms that allow the gearbox to be mounted from behind in test rig T22.From this result we can conclude that Scania can mount the fixture on most GW gearboxes and perform measurements using the test rig T22.

Orientador: Aparecido Carlos Gonçalves / Resumo: A falha catastrófica de caixas de engrenagens acarreta em perdas de produção e custos de manutenção. O elemento mecânico que mais falha em uma caixa de engrenagens é o próprio par engrenado. Estas falhas geralmente ocorrem devido a defeitos pontuais nos dentes como desgaste severo e presença de trincas, contrariando os fatores de segurança previamente definidos por normas referentes aos critérios de falhas em engrenagens. O monitoramento da condição do par engrenado busca avaliar parâmetros representativos dos mecanismos de falha do par engrenado. As técnicas de monitoramento da condição mais utilizadas são a análise de vibrações e análise de lubrificantes. Este trabalho realiza uma revisão bibliográfica de técnicas de monitoramento da condição. A parte experimental consiste na avaliação de uma bancada sob três condições: desgaste severo ao longo da vida útil da engrenagem; engrenagem entalhada para simulação de trinca; engrenagem com variação do entalhe para simulação de uma propagação de trinca. A condição da bancada foi avaliada utilizando técnicas de tratamento de sinais de vibração como TSA, sinal residual, demodulação temporal e análise estatística via PDF beta e; técnicas de análise de lubrificantes como contagem de partículas e espectrometrias de raios-x e infravermelho. Todas as técnicas se mostraram adequadas na avaliação da evolução do desgaste excetuando a espectrometria de infravermelho. The mechanical component that most fails in gearboxes are the gears. These failures usually occur before the end of useful life projected by criteria of failure standards due teeth defects as severe wear and cracking. The condition monitoring of gearboxes evaluates parameters which can indicate the mechanism of failure in process in the gear. The most commonly used monitoring techniques of gearboxes are vibration analysis and lubricant analysis. Firstly, this work performs a bibliographic review of condition monitoring techniques. The experimental analysis consists of the evaluation of an experimental workbench under three conditions: severe wear throughout the life of the gear; notched gear for crack simulation and; gear with variation of notch for simulation of a crack propagation. The workbench condition was evaluated using vibration signal treatment techniques such as TSA, Residual Signal, Demodulation, Statistical Moments, Crest Factor and Statistical Analysis using PDF beta and; techniques for analyzing lubricants such as particle counting and x-ray and infrared spectrometry. All the techniques were adequate to evaluate the evolution of wear except infrared spectrometry. Only the vibration techniques were adequate to identify the presence an evolution of the notch. Statistical analysis using PDF beta was useful to identify the degradation of a tooth as the notch size evolved. / Mestre

Převodové ústrojí vozu Formula student Dragon 7 / Design of transmission mechanism for Formula Student Dragon 7

This thesis examines the various types of transmissions which allow to seamlessly change gears without interrupting the transfer of a motor's power output. In particular, it elaborates on the advantages and disadvantages each design presents for a FormulaStudent/SAE vehicle. Furthermore, the thesis explores the selection of gear ratios and simulates acceleration parameters in order to achieve the best possible dynamic behavior. What is more, the thesis presents a concrete implementation of a transmission for the Husqvarna FE 501 motorcycle redesigned with the Zeroshift mechanism. It includes a fundamental change in the operation of the clutch as well as a gear stress analysis. Last but not least, the TU Brno Racing team incorporated the main conclusions of the thesis into the team's vehicle in order to improve the team's standings in international races.

Представлен литературный обзор в области свойств сплавов из сложнолегированных латуней и заготовок из них. В экспериментальной части работы представлены результаты исследований, направленных на изучение механических свойств сложнолегированной латуни CuZnMnAlSiNiCr в горячепрессованном состоянии. Выполнена статистическая обработка результатов измерений. Наблюдается значительная дисперсия механических свойств, что объяснено сложностью химического состава, фазового и структурного состояния сплава. Обнаружено проявление анизотропии. / A literature review is given in the field of properties of alloys from complex-alloyed brasses and blanks from them. The experimental part of the paper presents the results of studies aimed at studying the mechanical properties of complex-alloyed brass CuZn30Al2Mn3SiNiCr in the hot-extruded state. Statistical processing of measurement results is performed. A significant dispersion of mechanical properties is observed, which is explained by the complexity of the chemical composition, phase and structural state of the alloy. Anisotropy is observed.
