Lietuvos Respublikoje Fizinių asmenų bankroto įstatymas įsigaliojo nuo 2013 metų kovo 1 dienos. Fizinių asmenų bankroto tikslas atkurti nemokių skolininkų mokumą išlaikant pusiausvyrą tarp skolininko ir kreditorių interesų. Galimybė bankrutuoti suteikiama sąžiningiems asmenims. Vyrauja du bankroto modeliai mokumui atkurti: likvidavimas - kai likvidavus visą skolininko turtą grąžinamos skolos kreditoriams, likusi skolų dalis nurašoma; restruktūrizavimas - sudaromas mokumo atkūrimo planas, likviduojama didžioji dalis skolininko turo ir fizinis asmuo tam tikrą terminą siekia atkurti savo mokumą, visas lėšas, kurios yra didesnės nei jam palikta minimali lėšų suma pragyvenimui, skirdamas skolų padengimui. Po patvirtinto laikotarpio neapmokėtos skolos nurašomos. Kadangi bankroto proceso metu dažniausiai yra pažeidžiami teisėti kreditorių interesai, būtina užtikrinti, kad bankrutuos sąžiningas asmuo. Asmens sąžiningumas preziumuojamas, LR Civiliniame kodekse yra numatyti sandorių atvejai, kuomet preziumuojamas nesąžiningumas. Tačiau skolininkas gali būti nesąžiningu ir nesudaręs nesąžiningumo prezumpcijoje numatytų sandorių. Skolininko nesąžiningumas gali pasireikšti šiais būdais: melagingų duomenų pateikimas, tyčinis duomenų nuslėpimas, mokumo atkūrimo plano nevykdymas, mokumas atsiradęs dėl žalingų įpročių, neatsakingų veiksmų ar padarytų nusikaltimų ir kt. Big breakthrough in personal bankruptcy is considered the bankruptcy law adopted in England 1883. Following England in 1898 the bankruptcy law was adopted in Unites States, and later in the over countries. Now the possibility for natural persons to bankrupt is legalized in most of the European countries, USA, Canada, Australia and others. The purpose of personal bankruptcy law is to restore the solvency of insolvent persons keeping the balance between debtor and creditor interests. That means to restore individual to viable economic market while protecting their dignity, and encourage repayment of debts to creditors and income legalization. Such individuals debt relief pose creditors complains because their rights are restricted to recover the money they have lent, to earn the interest, and this is detriment of their property interests. Both, in the "fresh start" doctrine and law accentuate that the bankruptcy procedure applies only to honest person, so it is necessary to ensure an adequate legal framework, which would prevent the debtor's fraudulent actions. The thesis will present in the first part the biography and catechetical bibliography of the German catechetics Klemens Tilmann (1904-1984). In the second part I present detail of the Czech edition Tilmann's publications. I will focus mainly on topics presented on the content of his interpretations, experiences and recommendations. In the third part of this work will be done the comparison Tilmann's approaches with the actual church documents about catechesis and at the conclusion will be featured in works whose message is still relevant.

This paper deals with a question, how the apostle Paul saw the Christian church in relation to Israel as a people of God in the epistle to the Galatians. As it is an epistle written for a particular reason to the particular people, the first part of the paper deals with a brief analysis of the epistle as such and its context. The main part of the paper is focused on Paul's specific arguments. The role of Paul's conversion, his mission among the gentiles and his relationship with the Jerusalem authorities are evaluated at first. The paper clarifies also what the Antioch incident was about. What follows is the crucial analysis of the term "works of the Law", against which Paul places the faith alone. The paper subsequently focuses on the exposition of the role of Abraham in Paul's theological thoughts. How Paul saw the curse of the Law and how he understood the Jewish Law as such is examined as well. Paul's concept of the church as the newly redefined people of God is demonstrated on the idea of the freedom in the end.

The thesis analyses religious themes in the poetry of Dámaso Alonso and José María Valverde, who published their most famous collections of poems in the 1940s. First, it shortly presents the literary context and tradition of religious poetry in Spain in the years following the Civil War. The main part analyses religious motifs in the works of the two poets and compares their perspectives. The thesis focuses, in particular, on the theme of God (and his various aspects in the poems) and man and on their mutual relationship. It also explores the faith (and doubts) and the perspectives of life and death. The analysis aims at revealing two tendencies common for both authors: the inclination towards dialogism and thoughts associated with the Bible.
