The bibliographical source of this research is composed by authors Céli Regina Jardim Pinto, Clara Maria Araújo and Luís Felipe Miguel, contemporary researchers, who provided the foundation for this thesis. The protagonists of this study are councilwomen Franciele de Lima Danelon, Miriam Caleste dos Santos, Rosana de Lima Brizzi and Tereza Camilo dos Santos. The study is divided in four parts, the first being a discussion on women in politics among the authors described above, the second part is a brief historical approach of women in Guaira chamber, then the presentation and analysis of the speeches of the women councilors at the tribune and their acts as council members, and, finally, the analysis of the speeches of women councilors about the interview conducted with them, observing the statements and contradictions with the material previously collected. The data analysis shows significant differences among these women, ranging from personal information, through political career down to the mode of operation. / A presente dissertação tem como objetivo identificar e analisar a trajetória política, os discursos e a atuação das vereadoras da legislatura 2013/2016 do município de Guaíra-PR. A base bibliográfica desta pesquisa é composta por Céli Regina Jardim Pinto, Clara Maria Araújo e Luís Felipe Miguel, pesquisadores contemporâneos do assunto, que serviram de alicerce para esta dissertação. As protagonistas deste estudo são as vereadoras Franciele de Lima Danelon, Miriam Caleste dos Santos, Rosana de Lima Brizzi e Tereza Camilo dos Santos. O estudo está dividido em quatro partes, sendo a primeira uma discussão sobre mulheres no campo político entre os autores descritos anteriormente, a segunda parte uma rápida abordagem histórica das mulheres na câmara de Guaíra, em seguida, a apresentação e a análise dos discursos das vereadoras na tribuna e as suas atuações enquanto vereadoras, e, por fim, a análise dos discursos das vereadoras sobre a entrevista feita com elas, observando as afirmações e as contradições com o material coletado anteriormente. A análise dos dados coletados mostra diferenças significativas entre essas mulheres, que vão de informações pessoais, passando pela trajetória política construída até o modo de atuação.

The initial hypothesis addressed in this work is that the construction of the spawning channel system (fish passage of Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant), contributed positively to the diversity of fish caught in the river stretch upstream of the reservoir. The canal prompted the reappearance of some migratory species, contributing to the composition of household income, given its high market value especially gold (S. brasiliensis) and painted (P. corruscans). Included in this study the socio-economic profile of guairense fishery, and listed the elements that make up your income, your perception about the changes that have occurred in the natural environment and the way it organizes and sui generis program activities economics. To better understanding of the figure of the fishery / islet is made of contextualization universe in which it is inserted, where they described the elements of the environment, the tools, the practice of fishing. In the results it was found that the average monthly income of fishery, is 1.29 times the minimum wage, while 63.16% are focused exclusively on fishing, fishing effort is exerted for a period ranging 4-6 days and after the impoundment, the armed is became the economic base of families. In the perception of the fishery of the spawning channel, positive influence on species diversity, although the success of recruitment of fish is also linked to the flooding regime. / O presente trabalho constitui-se no estudo do perfil dos pescadores artesanais região de Ilha Grande, Alto Rio Paraná, composto por entrevistas gravadas no decorrer do ano de 2011, coletadas nas ilhas onde residem ou local onde exercem suas atividades. A hipótese inicial tratada neste trabalho é que a construção do canal de piracema (sistema de transposição de peixes da Usina Hidrelétrica de Itaipu), contribuiu positivamente na diversidade de espécies capturadas no trecho fluvial, a montante do reservatório. O canal propiciou o reaparecimento de algumas espécies migradoras, contribuindo para a composição da renda familiar, dado o seu alto valor de mercado especialmente dourado (S. brasiliensis) e pintado (P. corruscans). Está incluído neste trabalho o perfil socioeconômico do pescador guairense, sendo elencados os elementos que compõe a sua renda, a sua percepção sobre as mudanças que ocorreram no ambiente natural e a forma sui generis como organiza e programa suas atividades econômicas. Para melhor compreensão da figura do pescador/ilhéu é feita a contextualização do universo no qual está inserido, onde são descritos os elementos que compõem o ambiente, os instrumentos, a prática da pesca. Nos resultados obtidos percebeu-se que a renda média mensal destes pescadores, é de 1,29 salários mínimos, sendo que 63,16% dedicam-se exclusivamente à pesca, o esforço de pesca é exercido por um período que varia de 4 a 6 dias e após a formação do reservatório, o armado passou a constituir a base econômica das famílias. Na percepção do pescador artesanal o canal da piracema, influenciou positivamente na diversidade de espécies, embora o sucesso do recrutamento de peixes esteja também, vinculado ao regime de cheias.
