Darbo tikslas. Įvertinti nepilnamečių priklausomybės ligų gydymo organizavimą paslaugų gavėjų ir teikėjų požiūriu. Darbo uždaviniai: 1) Išanalizuoti nepilnamečiams teikiamas paslaugas priklausomybės ligų srityje; 2) Ištirti psichikos sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikėjų požiūrį apie priklausomybės ligų gydymo paslaugų teikimo organizavimą nepilnamečiams; 3) Atskleisti nepilnamečių, besigydančių Kauno apskrities priklausomybės ligų centre, bei jų tėvų požiūrį į priklausomybės ligų gydymo paslaugų organizavimą nepilnamečiams. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimui atlikti naudoti mišrūs tyrimų metodai: kiekybinis ir kokybinis tyrimai. Paslaugų teikėjų, PSC ir PLC dirbančios specialistų komandos, požiūriui ištirti buvo atlikta anketinė anoniminė apklausa, kuri apėmė 31 įstaigą (26 PSC ir 5 PLC), perduota 170 anketų. Dalyvavo 26 įstaigos (22 PSC ir 4 PLC), grįžo 118 anketų. Įstaigos atsako dažnis siekia beveik 84 procentus, anketos - 69 procentus. Interviu buvo paimta iš 5 priklausomybe sergančių nepilnamečių, kurie gydėsi KAPLC, bei 5 tėvų/globėjų. Statistinei duomenų analizei naudotas SPSS 17.0 duomenų analizės paketas, bei „Microsoft Office Exell“ programa. Rezultatai. Ambulatorinės abstinencijos detoksikacijos paslaugą dažniau teikia PLC (60 proc.), nei PSC (9,6 proc., p<0,05), taip pat kaip ir palaikomojo gydymo ir atkryčių profilaktikos paslaugą (atitinkamai 62,9 proc. ir 36,1 proc., p<0,05). To evaluate the organization of addictive disorders’ treatment to adolescents in the attitude of receivers and providers of the services. Objectives. 1) To analyze services that are provided to adolescents in the field of addictive disorders; 2) To study the attitude of providers of mental public health care services towards the organization of providing addictive disorders treatment services to adolescents; 3) To reveal the attitude of adolescents, who are under the treatment in Kaunas district center for addictive disorders, and their parents’ attitude towards organization of addictive disorders treatment services to adolescents. Methods. Mixed analysis methods were used for the performance of research: quantitative and qualitative. In order to study the attitude of providers of services, team of professionals working in Mental health centers and Centers of addictive diseases, anonymous questionnaire survey was performed. Survey was implemented in 31 establishments (26 Mental health centers and 5 Centers of addictive diseases), 170 questionnaires were distributed. 26 establishments (22 Mental health centers and 4 Centers of addictive diseases) participated in the research and 118 questionnaires came back.
