Rozsahy kloubní pohyblivosti v kyčelních a hlezenních kloubech a hodnocení plochonoží na podoskopu při nálezu hallux valgus u tanečnic klasického tance / Ranges of joint mobility in the hip and ankle joints and evaluation of flat feet on a podoscope when finding hallux valgus in classical ballet dancersHlobilová, Magdaléna January 2021 (has links)
Title: Ranges of joint mobility in the hip and ankle joints and evaluation of flat feet on a podoscope when finding hallux valgus in classical ballet dancers Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate if selected parameters: passive range of motion (ROM) of rotations in hip joints, Q angle, passive range of motion of plantar flexion in ankle joints and the foot index are connected with the finding of hallux valgus (HV) diagnose. These factors will be compared between two groups of ballet dancers, one with HV and one without the HV diagnose. Methods: This observational case control study involved 30 probands between the age of 20-40 years. The experimental group consisted of classical ballet dances with the HV angle (HVA) >15ř at least on one foot (n1 = 19), in the control group were classical ballet dancers with the HVA <15ř bilaterally (n2 = 11). The HVA, ROM of the rotations in the hip joints, ROM of the plantar flexion in the ankle joints and Q angle were measured by a goniometer. The plantogram was captured by a photograph of the foot while standing on a podoscope and then it was evaluated by the Sztriter-Godunov method. Analysis of the data was done in R software by means of a Welch's Two-Sample t-Test and the correlation was given by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. Results: Contrary...

Okamžitý efekt Ruské stimulace m. abductor hallucis na posturální stabilitu u žen s deformitou hallux valgus / The immediate effect of Russian electrical stimulation on m. abductor hallucis on postural stability in women with dysfunction of hallux valgusOndráčková, Anna January 2021 (has links)
Title: The immediate effect of Russian electrical stimulation on m. abductor hallucis on postural stability in women with dysfunction of hallux valgus Objectives: The aim of this diploma theses is to investigate the immediate effect of Russian eletrical stimulation on m. abductor hallucis on postural stability in women with mild or moderate dysfunction of hallux valgus. Methods: This is an experimental pilot study in which 16 women aged 23-28 years participated. The entry criteria for participation in the research were: mild or moderate dysfunction of hallux valgus according to the Manchester scale, angle of hallux valgus ≥ 15ř at least on one lower limb. Probands could not participate in the research if: they completed a rehabilitation program to affect hallux valgus deformity, underwent surgery for hallux valgus deformity, suffered an injury of the lower limbs in the last six months before the start of the research or if they were pregnant. The examination of postural stability took place in the Kinesiology Laboratory of FTVS UK on the NeuroCom SMART EquiTest System posturograph. The following tests were selected: Sensory Organization Test, Motor Control Test, Weight Bearing Squat and Limits of Stability test. Russian stimulation was applied on the abductor hallucis muscle of both lower limbs...

Vliv palce nohy na stabilitu stoje a chůze / The influence of hallux on stand and gait stabilityHlinková, Zuzana January 2008 (has links)
The diploma thesis "Vliv palce nohy na stabilitu stoje a chůze" is focused on the function of hallux at stance and through the gait cycle and particularly to halluxes influence on stability of the stated motor stereotypes. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge gained through literature research on anatomy and kinesiology of hallux. It also contains analysis of gait cycle and muscle coordination through it with emphasis upon activity of foot and function of hallux muscles. The practical part attempts to objectivize changes in stability and changes of loading of foot with instrumental examination. Force plate Balance Master® and GaitPlatform FDM were used for the measurements. On the force plate the parametres of movement of the centre of mass (COM, COG) and maintenance of stability while standing were compared. GaitPlatform® was used for measurement of ground reaction forces while standing and walking. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Deformačně-napěťová analýza fixace kostí palce nohy / Strain-stress analysis of fixed bone of footZapletal, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the rigidity of different variations of foot fixations. In the thesis there is a description of elementary anatomy of foot and its patology. Furthermore the possible corrections of hallux deformities and chosen fixators are described. The problem of analysis is soluted by the method of finite elements. The thesis also includes steps of geometery model creation based on 3D scanning. Three differents types of fixations are compared in this thesis and each of them is created in two different levels of details. There is a comparation, analysis of final solutions and chosen influences on the rigidity in the conclusion.

Neinvazivní obrazová analýza hallux valgus / Noninvasive image analysis of hallux valgusSetínková, Jana January 2014 (has links)
6 Abstract Title: Noninvasive image analysis of hallux valgus. Objectives: Propose a simple, cheap, fast and non-invasive method for diagnostics and monitoring the effect of therapy of hallux valgus deformity. Methods: Evaluation the parameters in X-ray and photography which were taken before and after therapy of hallux valgus. I measured angles on foot in programme AutoCAD and confront the correlation of angles in X-ray and photography. I also looked for an angle similar to the hallux valgus angle. Results: The method of photography can be effective in physiotherapeutic practise. This diploma is a case study, therefore we cannot consider the results implicitly significant. Keywords: Hallux valgus angle, X - ray, photography, HV I angle, HV II angle

Vliv obuvi na deformity nohy u žen - role sestry v prevenci / The effect of footwear on deformity of the foot in a woman - the role of the nurse in preventionMLEJNKOVÁ, Natálie January 2019 (has links)
The topic of this diploma thesis is "Influence of footwear on foot deformities in women - the role of nurses in prevention". The theoretical part is devoted to the foot anatomy, it describes the issue of heels on the foot and represents the Giraffe certification. The practical part of the qualitative research shows the role of nurses in preventing foot deformities for patients. This thesis has two goals. To find out what footwear affects the deformities of the legs in women and to find out what role the nurse plays in preventing this issue. The research questions are 1. What is the importance of wearing high-heeled shoes for women and how will this be reflected later? 2. What role do nurses attribute to the prevention in this issue? Data collection was collected by semi-structured interviews with nurses in the orthopaedic ward and orthopaedic clinics. The research sample consists of 20 respondents, the choice was deliberate and formed by snowball sampling. In February 2019, data was collected, which was subsequently terminated at the moment of theoretical saturation. The interview covered themes: wearing high-heeled shoes, leg deformities caused by high-heeled shoes, nurse-led prevention and education. The results show that only a fraction of nurses adhere to the role of a nurse who helps patients prevent leg deformities. The rest of the nurses leave prevention and education to doctors. This diploma thesis presents as a work output a poster, which can be an information material for nurses from the orthopaedic clinics and beds. The output of the thesis is an educational poster that will reflect the entire nursing issue in prevention (the role of a nurse, the deformity of the feet caused by high-heeled shoes, etc.).

Předoperační plánování rekonstrukčních operací přednoží / Preoperative planning of the reconstructive surgery of the forefootKlouda, Jan January 2021 (has links)
Univerzita Karlova v Praze 1. lékařská fakulta Postgraduální doktorský program v biomedicíně Studijní obor: Experimentální chirurgie Disertační práce MUDr. Jan Klouda: Preoperative planning of the reconstructive surgery of the forefoot Abstract The presented thesis describes a study aimed at the change of articular surface position in the region of first metatarsophalangeal joint after operative reconstruction due to hallux valgus deformity, done by performing Lapidus arthrodesis. The study evaluates a cohort of patients, who underwent surgery in Department of Orthopaedics, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague at Motol University Hospital from 2010 to 2015. The results and clinical implications of the aforementioned retrospective study were published in 2018. The observers evaluated several defined angles on preoperative and postoperative radiographs of the forefoot. The angles were thoroughly selected with regard to the exact representation of first metatarsophalangeal joint articular surface position in relation to the axes of first metatarsal and the whole forefoot. The executed measurements allowed us to assess the overall effectivity of the performed surgery in deformity correction, as well as to describe possible pitfalls and disadvantages resulting from the change of structural...
