Vysokotlaký servopohon regulačních ventilů parní turbíny / High Pressure Actuator of Valves for the Steam Turbine

Gregor, Kamil January 2016 (has links)
A high-pressure actuator of regulatory valves of steam turbines is designed in this thesis. The first part of the thesis discusses different types of steam turbines and the alternatives of their regulation. In the second part, one particular arrangment, with directional control valve, double poppet valve and hydraulic curtain, is described. Technical documentation including the conceptual proposal, the choice of individual components and all calculations is the output of this thesis. Drawing documentation of the set and drawing documentation required for the construction of the hydraulic block is attached.

Rotator assembly at Indexator

Lundström, Jonathan, Hörnberg, Emil January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is concerning rotator assembly at Indexator. A need to increase production has been seen and it can be done by implementing an optimized assembly process. In addition to the assembly process a new design on workstations and new test equipment is needed. The study resulted into three assembly process proposals. The processes were balanced, layouts were produced and Plant simulation was utilized to produce simulation models. Each proposal were analyzed based on cost, performance, ease of implementation, flexibility and worker condition. This resulted in a stationary assembly process being most promising and a 3D simulation model was produced for visualization and better understanding. The stationary assembly process has a capacity for 90 rotators per day, while reducing the amount of workers by one.The layout of the workstations was done based on the assembly process layout and further developed to make the work cell lean and ergonomic. It resulted in three workstations to perform the assembly. The test bench was developed by creating target specifications, establish a test procedure and decide components for the test bench layout. The finished test bench can measure dynamic torque, count particles to ensure cleanliness and is able to run the test unattended.

Henzl, Lukáš January 2014 (has links)
The thesis describes the design of the wood-splitting machine including stress and check calculations and design of the hydraulic circuit. For structural design, it is necessary to choose the maximum dimensions of wooden logs, which have length 1,1 m and diameter 0,5 m and over. The machine structure is vertical. Another task of the thesis is a technical report of similar machines and the justification of the design concepts of splitting machine. In the thesis, there is elaborated an experiment on different types of wood splitters, stress analysis calculated by using finite element method and there is also drawn up technical parameters of wood.

Researches on waterhydraulic motor

Majdič, Franc 23 June 2020 (has links)
Tribology has been recognized as a very important discipline in different branches of industry because almost every mechanical system has some moving parts. Due to the relative motion between these different mechanical parts, a variety of contacts are formed, and they are very often lubricated with oil. Environmental protection and ecological awareness are becoming increasingly important, which in turn has resulted in the shift to a low-carbon society, making water more interesting as a possible lubricant. On the one hand, water is less environmentally damaging as a lubricant than oil, but on the other hand, water has very poor lubrication properties, as its viscosity is 100 times lower than the viscosity of oil. These limitations might be overcome by appropriate surface engineering (e.g., diamond-like carbon, DLC). Tribological tests were performed in oil and water for two different contacts. Steel/steel and steel/DLC were investigated. DLC was recognized as a very promising solution, which ensures low friction and low wear. DLC was deposited on a real hydraulic part in an orbital hydraulic motor and tested under real industrial conditions. The overall efficiency of the hydraulic motor was measured.
