Hydraulické posunovače / Hydraulic pullers

Kvasnica, Tomáš January 2009 (has links)
This Diploma thesis occupies with design of hydraulic puller. In work are mentioned possible types of construction. Choice construction of puller is disposed with parameters: maximum pushing force 50 kN, speed of piston rod 0,05 m/s. This work also contains FEM analysis by computer programme I-DEAS. The work also occupies with design of fluid drive.

Hydraulické posunovače / Hydraulic pullers

Pavelka, Roman January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the mechanical proposal of hydraulic puller. Furthermore, it includes the detail design solutions. The project also includes the calculation of the hydraulic puller parameters: maximum pushing force is 60 kN, speed of movement is 0.1 m s-1. This work also contains of stress analysis FEM with I-DEAS software. Following part deals with the design of hydraulic circuit for driving puller. At the end of work there are options for replacements of hydraulic puller by mechanical systems.

Řízení polohového servomechanismu s nespojitou přestavnou rychlostí. / Position control of servo with discontinuouns rechangeable speed

Jindra, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
Diploma thesis work includes simulation of compensation of control for discrete. The aim of the work is a solution positioning control of servomotor drive piston, which is controlled by pass of the pressure oil with the help of several electromagnetically controlled switchboards with the orifice in the output channels. The verification activities of the regulated system is done using simulation in Matlab/Simulink and Matlab/Simulink, Matlab/Hydrosim. The requirement on the created model is to verify the behavior of the system to be modified to be used for the further development of the issue

Proces dekomprese v hydraulických systémech tvářecích strojů / The process of decompression in hydraulic systems of forming machines

Havelka, Milan January 2015 (has links)
This thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is a theoretical analysis, or a literary research, it is focused on the physical properties of the fluid, which have direct impact on the decompression. The aim of the second part is to evaluate the measurement of the forging valve and subsequently simulate the issue by means of CFD. The first simulations were performed for the maximal valve stroke and used for the CFD solver setup calibration. The subsequent analyses dealt with possible openings of the valve. In the final chapter the theoretical impact of the liquid compressibility and of the undissolved air is discussed. The results of the thesis can prove useful for the new valve setting in hydraulic circuit or for possible geometry modification.

Konstrukční návrh výukového hydraulického okruhu / Construction design of instructional hydraulic laboratory circuit

Havlát, Michal January 2015 (has links)
It is suitable to add practical illustrations of hydraulic tasks during teaching hydraulics and hydrology. These practical illustrations can be realized by mobile hydraulic circuit which is situated in the auditorium. This thesis is focused on constructional and project solution of the circuit which consists of a compensatory tank with sufficient capacity, pump aggregate and hydraulic measure flume. The construction of hydraulic flume must enable quick, simple and safety installation of a scaled down models of a hydro technical structures. The main requirements of a mobile teaching circuit are clearness of practical hydraulic illustrations, compact dimensions, comparatively low weight, mobility and simple control and manipulation. This diploma thesis also includes design of a scaled down models of a hydro technical structures, especially set of plate weirs, bed-crested weir, ogee-crested weir, culvert, Venturi flume, sluice and radial gate, pier and roughened bed. The hydraulic circuit drawing part also includes instrument carrier with level gauge. This diploma thesis includes theoretical text part, technical report of designed objects, hydraulic calculations and drawing part.

Posouzení vybraných metrologických charakteristik měřidel bodové rychlosti vodního proudu využívající elektromagnetického principu měření / Metrological characteristics of current velocity meters using the electromagnetic principle of measurement

Vítů, Martin Unknown Date (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with the assesment of directional sensivity and accuracy of current stream velocity using electromagnetic induction meters in circumstances simulating the real measurement profiles condictions. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issue of streamflow measurement in open channels and determination of the relevant measurement uncertainties. It also includes description of the hydraulic circuit and the subject current velocity meters. The experimental part of the thesis focuses on the effect of turbulence on the value and accuracy of measured velocity and directional sensivity of electromagnetic induction meters of current velocity. The results are compared with parameters given by manufacturers, research by other authors and with the metrological characteristics of hydrometric propellers, which are commonly used for streamflow measurement in open channels.
