This thesis deals with streamlining of the process of machining parts Basis of camera in cooperation with PEVOT Products Ltd. The first part focuses on the analysis of existing machining technology in terms of technology, as well as an analysis of time consumed for assessing the effectiveness of the current machining process. The second part of the thesis focuses on the design of innovative technology machining of components and design postprocessor for manufacturing equipment VMC ZPS 560. In conclusion, both variants of production are evaluated. They developed the analyses of time consumed for the production of components and production costs.

The theoretical part describes the technology of milling and drilling and the practical part focuses on the analysis of the current part production technology and the consumption of the machining time as assessment of the current machining process efficiency. The next part contains characteristics of the innovative technology, used tools and fixtures. In the conclusion both variants of production, the comparison of consumed machine time and production costs are evaluated.

The first part is focused on the analyse of actual process of production which is realized on several manufacturing machines. On second part are proposed the increases in efficiency of single machining operation and is used the modern multi - fuction machining centre OKUMA MULTUS which will increase the productivity and quality of machined part. In final part is applied for evaluation of machining and secondary production times and is performed the total financial analyse.

The aim of this diploma work was a proposal to make the process of machining of injection mould more efficient. The work described the initial state of machining of a moulding injection part from the technological point of splinter machining, including the description of each production areas, the tool used in the process and the machines. The main part of the diploma work was focused on consideration of a possible way leading to the increase in the efficiency of the production process of machining of an injection mould part that included the transfer of the initial way of machining of a moulding injection part to CNC lathe Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Furthermore the work described the tool that had been used including the description of proposed control programs for machining of an injection mould part. The essential part of the work was a techno-economical assessment of the proposed variant of solution, which included analysis of the production costs and the time indexes that were achieved during the production.

Целью данного проекта является разработка теоретических и методических подходов к управлению качеством и эффективности сервисного центра ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург» и обеспечение устойчивого дальнейшего развития. Проведенное исследование позволило доказать актуальность проблемы повышения эффективности производственной деятельности СТОА и сформулировать ряд теоретических выводов и практических рекомендаций. Особую значимость в обеспечении безопасности автомобильной техники сейчас приобретают автотехцентры автомобилестроительных компаний, составляющие фирменную сеть послепродажного обслуживания автомобилей, инфраструктура которых обеспечивает социальную и экономическую эффективность использования автомобилей. Сфера предоставления услуг должна функционировать таким образом, чтобы полностью удовлетворять требования клиентов с возможно малыми затратами средств и времени. Было проведено исследование практики управления качеством ПАО «АВТОВАЗ», а также произведен анализ предприятия ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург». Сбор, обработка и анализ показателей спроса на услуги ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург» позволяют целенаправленно подойти к их прогнозированию с целью изучения возможностей предприятия по удовлетворению обращений клиентуры по ТО и ремонту на перспективу. Расчет основных технико-экономических показателей показывает нам, что в целом предприятие работает эффективно. Выполнив технико-экономическое сравнение вариантов предприятия до модернизации и после, наиболее целесообразным из них является проектный вариант. / The aim of this project is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to managing the quality and effectiveness of the service center of LLC AMK-Yekaterinburg and ensuring further development. The study allows us to prove the relevance of the problem of improving the efficiency of production activities of service stations and formulate a number of theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations. At present, auto-technical centers of the automotive industry have been acquired, which make up the company’s after-sales service network of automobiles, and the infrastructure that ensures the social and economic efficiency of car use. The scope of the provision of services should operate in such a way as to fully meet the requirements of customers with low cost and time. A study of the quality management practice of PJSC AvtoVAZ was carried out, as well as an analysis of the enterprise LLC AMK-Yekaterinburg. The collection, processing and analysis of demand indicators for the services of AMK-Yekaterinburg LLC allow you to purposefully switch to their forecasting in order to explore opportunities to meet customer needs. Calculation of the main technical and economic indicators shows that the company works efficiently. A technical and economic comparison of the project options before modernization and after has been issued, the most appropriate of which is the project version.

Ztráty jednofázového asynchronního motoru s trvale připojeným kondenzátorem / Losses of capacitor run induction motor

This project deals with increasing efficiency of one phase induction motor with permanent split capacitor. We can whole thesis divide into two parts, the first one is basic and the second is interested in analysis and measurement. First part handles with construction of single phase induction motor, explanation of function principle, start and run of motor. Calculating of efficiency including type of losses, which reduce efficiency. Second part concerns analysis losses including moment load characteristic, motor measurement while rotor is locked, with no load operation, measuring mechanical and additional losses. Further there will be measured useful values for creation model for simulation (reactance of windings etc.). Than will be the model created in ANSYS Maxwell with module RMxprt. After analytic calculation in RMxprt and using Finite Element Method (FEM) load characteristics will be compared together. This comparison gives us information about accuracy of model for simulation. Simulation and measurement will be carried out on another engine with high quality ferromagnetic material used for magnetic circuit of motor. Further will be done simulation of motor with modifications shown in previous chapter for high efficiency.
