I och med den teknologiska utvecklingen som sker i dagens samhälle blir hotellbranschen mer digitaliserad. Riskhantering får därför en större plats i organisationer som implementerar POS-system. Då dessa system konstrueras på många olika sätt och varierar i komplexitet bildas risker. Studien visar att det inte finns ett specifikt och korrekt tillvägagångssätt för att riskhanteringen ska bli fulländad. Hotellet behöver därför en övergripande strategi för hur risker ska hanteras för att överleva på längre sikt. Syftet med studien var att ta fram ett förslag på hur riskhantering kan organiseras vid ett byte av ett nytt POS-system samt ge författarna en förståelse för de risker som kan identifieras och hur dessa kan hanteras. För att uppfylla syftet undersöktes ett specifikt företags implementering av ett nytt POS-system och de risker som medföljde. Genom en kvalitativ undersökning visar studien att riskhantering handlar om att identifiera risker för att minska sannolikheten och dess konsekvens. Ett genomgående tema har visat sig vara att personalens engagemang är en tydlig risk i systembytet. Det leder till att ledningen blir en central del i att ge stöd åt personalen. För att lyckas göra detta i praktiken har studien resulterat i att riskidentifiering, riskvärdering, åtgärder och uppföljning är stegen för ett framgångsrikt införande. Therefore risk management gets a bigger place in organizations that implement POS-systems. Since these systems is constructed in different ways and varies in complexity risks are formed. The study shows that there is no specific and correct approach for risk management to be accomplished. The hotel therefore needs an overall strategy for how risks should be managed in order to survive in the longer term.The purpose of the study was to produce a proposal on how risk management can be organized in the event of a change of a new POS system and give the authors an understanding of the risks that can be identified and how these can be managed. To fulfill the purpose, a specific company's implementation of a new POS system and the risks that were included were examined. Through a qualitative study, the study shows that risk management is about identifying risks in order to reduce the probability and its consequence. A common theme has been that the staff's commitment is a clear risk in the system change. This leads to the management becoming a central part of providing support to the staff. In order to succeed in this, the study has resulted in risk identification, risk assessment, actions and follow-up being the steps for successful introduction.Key words: Risk management, implementation risks, implementation, POS-system, cloud computing, hotel industry.

This thesis perpetuates research aimed at deploying a diagnostic expert system for the MK 92 Mod 2 Fire Control System to 28 Oliver Hazard Perry class fast frigates. Referred to as the Maintenance Advisor Expert System (MAES) , this expert system is being jointly developed by the Naval Postgraduate School and Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC PHD). This thesis focuses on the long-term implementation issues related to deploying MAES to the fleet, integrating MAES into the formal training pipeline, and transitioning life cycle Support for MAES to NSWC PHD. MAES long-term implementation issues, which include hardware, software, documentation, and training requirements, are examined within the context of implementation factors and risks historically associated with deploying expert systems. Plans for deploying MAES to the fleet and integrating MAES into the formal training pipeline are provided. As part of the documentation necessary to transition life cycle support of MAES to NSWC, a System Level Description document is also provided

Проблема оценки рисков при реализации сложных энергетических проектов чрезвычайно актуальна, поскольку подобные проекты представляют собой сложные планы, масштаб которых может охватывать не только отдельные предприятия, но и города, а также целые регионы. В настоящее время в российской энергетике постепенно создаются условия для внедрения риск-ориентированного управления энергоактивами за счет совершенствования нормативно-правового и нормативно-технического регулирования. Однако подобный переход еще находится на начальном этапе и вопросы оценки рисков в проектах продолжают оставаться в ведении энергокомпаний. Целью работы является комплексная оценка рисков внедрения энергоэффективных проектов в теплоснабжающих компаниях. Научная новизна состоит в систематизации специфических рисков, сопровождающих реализацию проекта внедрения автоматизированной системы управления теплоснабжением в г. Пермь. Практическая значимость - результаты, полученные в работе, могут быть использованы при управлении рисками в аналогичных проектах ПАО «Т Плюс». / The problem of risk assessment in the implementation of complex energy projects is extremely relevant, since such projects are complex plans, the scale of which can cover not only individual enterprises, but also cities, as well as entire regions. Currently, conditions are gradually being created in the Russian energy sector for the introduction of risk-based management of energy assets by improving regulatory and technical regulation. However, such a transition is still at the initial stage and the issues of risk assessment in projects continue to be the responsibility of energy companies. The purpose of this work is a comprehensive assessment of the risks of implementing energy-efficient projects in heat supply companies. The scientific novelty consists in the systematization of specific risks accompanying the implementation of the project of the automated heat supply management system in Perm. Practical significance - the results obtained in this work can be used in risk management in similar projects of PJSC “T Plus”.
