To check the implementation of the list, the thesis provides a case study in which the deviations can be seen in relation to the road map proposed by the list, and to what extent these deviations are related to the delay of the strategic actions of the company under study. / Esta dissertação oferece uma contribuição para entender a estrutura que envolve o sistema de indicadores e suas implicações e conexões, propondo uma lista de requisitos para definição de indicadores chaves que retroalimentem e se alinhem com as ações estratégicas da empresa, permitindo fazer os ajustes necessários ao plano de ação da empresa. Para verificar a aplicação prática da lista, a dissertação oferece um estudo de caso em que podem ser vistos os desvios em relação ao roteiro proposto pela lista, e em que medida esses desvios se relacionam com o atraso das ações estratégicas da empresa em estudo.
