Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama institucinė galios raiška Vengrijos Szegedo miesto ir Lietuvos Šiaulių miesto socialinėse benamių organizacijose. Darbe analizuojami socialinės visuomenės formavimosi principai, socialinių institucijų funkcionavimas ir jų daroma įtaka žmogui; analizuojama galios samprata bei jos raiškos būdai. Kadangi galia kontroliuoti egzistuoja kiekvienoje institucijoje, tai empirinėje dalyje yra nagrinėjama jos raiška Socialinių darbuotojų etikos kodekse; įrodinėjama, kad galia kontroliuoti reiškiasi socialinėse benamių organizacijose. Nustatyta, kad institucinė galios raiška yra pradedama formuoti Socialinių darbuotojų etikos kodekse, kuriame benamiai formuojami, kaip priklausomi nuo socialinių darbuotojų. / The bachelor thesis examines the institutional expression of power of the social organizations of the homeless in Hungary – Szeged and Lithuania – Siauliai. The paper analyzes the formation of the public policies, the functioning of social institutions and their influence on a human being; it also analyzes the concept of power and its means of expression. Since the power to control exists within every institution, the empirical part of the research examines this expression of power of Social workers code of ethics; it is being established that the power to control manifests in social organizations of the homeless. It was determined that the institutional expression of power is beginning to be formed in the Social workers code of ethics, in which the homeless are formed as dependent on social workers. In the social organizations of the homeless the institutional expression of power is detected in every implemented activity of the organization.
