Esama socialinė ekonominė būklė, nepilnamečių nusikalstamumas, narkomanijos plitimas, mokyklos nelankymas ir kitos socialinės problemos sąlygoja socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos telkimą. Tik bendra įvairių specialistų veikla užtikrina koordinuotą problemų sprendimą. Socialinių pedagoginių problemų sprendimo komanda yra efektyviausia socialinių pedagoginių problemų sprendimo išeitis, mažiausiomis sąnaudomis – geriausi rezultatai. Darbo objektas – socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos veiklos ypatumai ugdymo institucijose. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos veiklos ypatumus ugdymo institucijose. Darbo uždaviniai: atskleisti socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos sampratą; išnagrinėti socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos veiklos ypatumus; ištirti socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos komandos veiklos ypatumus ugdymo institucijose. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, dokumentų analizė, anketinė apklausa. Atlikta koreliacinė analizė, siekiant išryškinti statistinius ryšius tarp kai kurių demografinių respondentų charakteristikų (amžiaus, lyties, darbo stažo), pasirinktu p ≤ 0,05 statistinio patikimumo lygmeniu. Tyrimo charakteristika. Tyrimas atliktas keturiose ugdymo institucijose, taikant anketinės apklausos metodą. Tyrime dalyvavo 166 ugdymo įstaigų specialistai.
