This master's thesis assesses the actuel situation of the insurance of Miroslavské strojírny vehicles and contains suggestions for its optimalization. It deals with analysis of the insurance products in motor vehicles insurance in the Czech market.

This diploma work deal with proposition of insurance portfolio for chosen bussines subjekt. In contains risk analysis and insurance portfolio proposition for pourposes of niminizing significant risk of the company by means of commercial insurance companies, so the risk jeopardizes the business activities of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the problems related to insurance protection for municipality Budišov. The insurance portfolio is suggested on the basis of municipality assets and analysis of all risks. It helps to minimize the most serious risks of its activities through the commercial insurance company.

The diploma work deals with the suggestion of alternation of insurance portfolio for determinated business subject. The thesis embraces the analyses of risks and the suggestion for appropriate insurance portfolio. The most serious risks will be minimalized through commercial insurance companies due to these suggestions so that their results couldn´t threaten to progress of particular company.

Master’s thesis is focused on problems associated with concept of suitable insurance portfolio of municipality Kobylá nad Vidnavkou. It includes risk analysis and suggestions of such an insurance portfolio that can help the municipality minimize impacts of the most serious risks through commercial insurance.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Definitions and explanations of terms related to real estate issues and their valuation are presented in the theoretical part. They are presented here all the information and the laws, regulations and standards required for classification of the property and its subsequent determination of value. In the practical part of the comparison of the selected insurance companies operating on the Czech market. At the chosen property valuation is performed and the resulting values are compared with the practices of the insurance. In conclusion, given the practical outcomes and recommendations for the process of determining the insured value of the property in terms of the insurance contract.

The thesis is engaged in executing the prices of three different types of houses and especially the assessment of whether insurance contract in each of them covers a potential total loss, ensuring the cost of comparable housing. Location of interest is located in the district of Blansko, namely Letovice and surroundings. The basic terminology and methods of real estate valuation is described in the thesis. In details, three selected methods are described, which are cost method, comparative method according to regulations and the comparative non-promulgation method which have been used for valuation. For the real estate insurance has been selected company Allianz, which is also described in the thesis. The conclusion is devoted to the recapitulation of prices and insurance cover risk.

The thesis focuses on the valuation of damage caused by torrential rain to the family house in the village Nesovice. In the first part the basic terms and assessing methods are defined. In the second part, there are applied methods of appraisal of damage on the family house. There is the value of the property calculated before the insurance event. In the itemized budget, there are quantified the cost of repairs of damaged constructions and then detected current value after repairs. The aim of the thesis is to dedicate readers to the problem of assessment.

The aim of Master’s thesis is the issue of a life insurance as a tool for stimulation of employees. It includes the current situation analysis of employees insurance in the selected company. It also includes selection and compare of insurance products and proposals or recommendations for their selection to employees of chosen company.

El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como objeto de estudio una Compañía de Seguros que forma parte del Sector Asegurador. Por motivos de confidencialidad, mantendremos en reserva el nombre de la empresa y se utilizará el seudónimo “Seguros Rojo” cuando se desee hacer referencia a ella. El desarrollo del trabajo se centra en los procesos del producto Rentas Vitalicias, que es el producto que genera mayores ingresos para la empresa. El proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo proponer el diseño de la arquitectura de solución informática web, para generar una oportunidad de mejora en el proceso de Administración de Reservas mediante la automatización de las actividades manuales que pueda tener con el fin de reducir los errores operativos, los errores en la información, el tiempo en la ejecución de las actividades y así los usuarios podrán enfocarse en el análisis de los resultados. Para lograr la propuesta se utilizará el marco de trabajo de Zachman para el análisis del negocio, el modelado del proceso usando la notación BPMN, la identificación de los drivers arquitectónicos en base a los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales, y el diseño de la arquitectura de la solución mediante el Modelo C4. Finalmente, la Guía del PMBOK® se utiliza para la gestión del proyecto. / The present thesis project has as object of study an Insurance Company that is part of the Insurance Sector. For confidentiality reasons, we will keep the name of the company in reserve and the pseudonym "Seguros Rojo" will be used when it is desired to refer to it. The development of the work focuses on the processes of the Life Annuity product, which is the product that generates the highest income for the company. The thesis project aims to propose the design of the web computing solution architecture, to generate an opportunity for improvement in the Reservation Administration process by automating the manual activities that it may have in order to reduce operational errors, the errors in the information, the time in the execution of the activities and thus the users will be able to focus on the analysis of the results. To achieve the proposal, the Zachman framework will be used for business analysis, process modeling using the BPMN notation, identification of architectural drivers based on functional and non-functional requirements, and design of the architecture of the solution using Model C4. Finally, the PMBOK® Guide is used for project management. / Tesis
