El presente proyecto consiste en revalorar el Centro Històrico de Lima a través de la regeneraciòn habitacional y que este mismo sea socialmente incluyente atendiendo a la poblaciòn de diferentes edades, sobretodo la màs vulnerable, el Adulto Mayor. Así, el proyecto genera las infraestructuras necesarias y apropiadas, tanto pùblicas como privadas, para la completa integración de diferentes grupos sociales. De esta forma, se plantea el proyecto como un contenedor social que trata de ofrecer diferentes alternativas para incluir a diferentes grupos de edades y con esto generar el aumento habitacional en el Centro Històrico de Lima . Así, el Centro Intergeneracional, sale como respuesta a una necedidad especifica de servir a las diferentes generaciones que hay en la sociedad e incorporar a el Adulto Mayor. Como edificio, el Centro Intergeneracional está emplazado estratégicamente dentro de na manzana que se encuentra en el Damero de Pizarro. Y para seguir los parámetros de la morfología urbana, se diseña un eje articulador que reparte hacia los difentes usos del edificio. Tiene como principal objetivo convertirse en un referente dentro de la comunidad y funcionar como articulador entre las zonas altas y bajas del barrio. / The project consists of revaluing the Historic Center of Lima getting the “co-housing” as a main idea. Generate a socially inclusive, taking care of the population of several ages, incluiding the most important, the Ederly people. So, the project generates the necessary and appropriate intergenerational programs public and private to complete integration of different social groups. In this way, the project was created to become the Historic Center of Lima in a social container and offer a lot of alternatives to include different age groups and to be a place where different generations can share their leisure time and explore the co-Housing like a principal activity. As a building, the Intergenerational Center is located strategically in a block that is located into “El Damero de Pizarro”. Acoording to the parameters of the urban morphology, was design with a articulating axis what serves to the different uses of the building. It has a main focus which is became in a the most important reference in South America, in adition it will be working as a mediator between higher class and lower class. / Tesis

El documento abarca la investigación y desarrollo de un centro intergeneracional, espacio que promueve la revaloración del adulto mayor y su reintegración en la sociedad, a través de la conexión con otras generaciones, en este caso con niños, para crear lazos amicales y una familia extendida. El proyecto se planea desarrollar en el distrito de Cajamarca, lugar que junto a otras provincias del departamento del mismo nombre, atraviesan momentos críticos en el aspecto económico-social, dejando en estado de vulnerabilidad tanto a adultos mayores como niños. Asimismo, cabe añadir que la situación de las personas de la tercera edad es cada vez más preocupante por su acelerado crecimiento poblacional y por el déficit de espacios propicios para su resguardo. Ante estas circunstancias, surge la idea de que el centro intergeneracional comprenda de una residencia y centro de día para el adulto mayor, además de un espacio para el cuidado infantil, de manera que se puedan brindar ambientes de protección, recreación y aprendizaje de las personas más vulnerables. Conviene señalar que, para lograr el objetivo de un centro intergeneracional, la propuesta será de una arquitectura con énfasis en espacios intermedios, la cual otorgará ambientes idóneos que ayudarán a conectar a personas de distintos grupos etarios, logrando la noción principal del proyecto. / The document covers the research and development of an intergenerational center, a space that promotes the revaluation of the elderly and their reintegration in society, through the connection with other generations, in this case with children, to create friendships and an extended family. The project is planned to be developed in Cajamarca district, a place that, together with other provinces of the department of the same name, are going through critical moments in the economic-social aspect, leaving both the elderly and children in a state of vulnerability. Likewise, it should be added that the situation of the elderly is increasingly worrying due to their accelerated population growth and the lack of suitable spaces for their protection. Given these circumstances, the idea arises that the intergenerational center comprises a residence and day center for the elderly, as well as a space for child care, so that protection, recreation and learning environments can be provided for people most vulnerable.
