Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem s potenciálem získat grant ze strukturálních fondů EU. Předmětem projektu je založení školicího střediska, které je určeno především pro vlastní zaměstnance firmy působící v oboru výroby a prodeje optických korečních pomůcek a přístrojů. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt, který řeší současné potřeby firmy a zároveň splňuje všechny požadavky relevantního operačního programu. Obsah práce je zaměřen na úspěšné podání plné projektové žádosti tak, aby projekt získal podporu z Evropských fondů.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment project of the specific company and to make a recommendation for or against its realization. The first part consists of the theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis, evaluation of the investment projects and the introduction of the company. These fundamentals are used in the second part to assess the financial situation of the company and to evaluate the investment project. The final evaluation of the whole investment project will be presented in the final part of this diploma thesis.

The diploma paper deals with an investment in the purchase of a new horizontal boring and milling machine at a plant being engaged in heavy industry. The paper contains the assessment of company’s financial position, the evaluation of investment project effectiveness and the comparison of concrete offers submitted by leasing companies and bank institutions. The subject matter of the paper is to find out – on the basis of the information obtained – whether to implement the investment project and then to propose an appropriate manner of financing.

Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of an investment project on the construction of production halls and found the best way of financing foreign sources. The first part introduces the method of evaluation of the investment project and its financing alternative. After the presentation of the company and assess its economic operation of the work has focused on the project itself. The aim is for the financial analysis of the project, find an alternative best financing in the form of an investment credit. This aim was achieved and its evaluation is at the end of the thesis.

This thesis aims to assess the effectiveness of planned investments in agricultural cooperatives Dešov. To evaluate the effectiveness of the investment plan the static and dynamic methods are applied. The financial analysis represented by relative indicators is performed in the work. According to the resulting values of these indicators the proposals to improve the weaknesses are identified. Using the methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of the investment recommendations on the implementation and proposed recommendations for the further development of agricultural cooperatives is formulated.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the current situation of the agriculture company Jamenská a.s. and with the proposal how to use the empty building of a former cowshed. Specifically, the evaluation of the project, which involves the implementation of breeding rabbits in the unused object.

The Master Thesis focuses on an investment project’s economic effectiveness and stability of financing. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are basic ideas on investment projects explained and further the thesis deals with project lifecycle phases, cash flow predictions, methods of investment economic evaluation, factors that influence investment decision making and sources of project’s financing. In the practical part there are these theoretical findings applied on a real investment project and by analyzing it is searching for a recommendation for a project realization.

Thesis deals with feasibility study of students accomodation capacities, which is basic method for investment decision. Thesis goal is to provide qualified technical, economic and financial information neccesary for investment decision. In theoretical part are generally described investments and methods of financial and economic evaluation. Practical part contains feasibilty study.

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of an investment project for the construction of terraced garages in Breclav. The aim is to prepare a feasibility study and to appraise the feasibility of the said building project. The structure of the study is tailored to the meaning and objectives of this dissertation, which is focused on marketing research and estimation of demand. Part of the feasibility study are also chapters that describe the essence of the project and its different phases, project management, the impact of construction on the environment, financial plan, evaluation of economic efficiency, schedule and risk analysis. The result of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of the investment project under specified conditions.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Evropskými Fondy a jejich roli při zmenšování rozdílů mezi chudšími a bohatšími regiony EU. Hlavním cílem práce je finanční analýza vybrané společnosti a navržení investičního projektu s důrazem na požadavky kladené na možnost čerpání dotací z evropských fondů. V práci jsou využity data poskytnuté společnosti, které jsou využity při tvorbě finanční analýzy, dále metody PESTL analýzy, Porterův pětifaktorový model, a SWOT analýza. Na závěr bude investiční projekt doporučen či zamítnut.
