The object of this diploma thesis is to make economical evaluation of the investment. This investment is aimed at the area of improving the quality of environment in surroundings of Cementary Plant, a.s. by realisation of by-pass investment into separate dust-exhausting of rotary kiln at the same time. Cementary Plant, a.s. has a place in a market of cementary products especially with dry coat-plasters and mortary mixtures. Environment requirements are extremely strict and their following is highly costly because of the established emission limits. In this diploma thesis I am going to attend an analysis of elaborated investment project, its evaluation and defining realisation benefits.

The subject of this thesis is creation of a business plan leading to the development of the business activities. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical introduction into the matters, basic terms and definition of the used methods. Based on the theoretical findings and on the evaluation of the current state of the company the author of the thesis creates a concept of changes that should increase the competitiveness and improve the economical condition of the business. The conclusion is an estimation of the future development of the company.

Master´s thesis deals with project that invests into construction of retail store and tasting cellar of company Vinné sklepy Valtice, a. s. Thesis contains the assessment of company’s financial position, evaluation of investment effectiveness and the comparison of individual offers from bank institutions. The main part of thesis contains analysis of consolidated data. Based on this information has been decided whether to proceed with investment or not and then proposed an appropriate plan for financing of this project.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze financial statements and search the best way how to finance an investment intention. The theoretical part is focused on a characteristic of the investment opportunities, the sources of financing, the issues with a financial statement analysis and its indicators. The practical part analyses a specific company based on the financial statements which is followed by an investment intention. Its aim is to search the best option for the financing.

This diploma thesis deals with a problem of risk management of investment projects in building industry. The first part makes us familiar with basic terms and classification of risks. We continue with the importance and the content of risk management in investment projects. This part includes detailed description of technique of managing risks and describes chosen applied methods in this thesis. In the second part the real investment project´s risk management is designed following the information from the first part. The aim of this real project is building up an administrative building in Ostrava. The important data and the identification of danger was work out for elaborated risk management document. The identified risk was analysed and extended with suggestion of its controlling.

The master thesis deals with the economic and financial evaluation of an investment project. The work will identify financial and economic evaluation methods, which will be applied to a specific project to acquire a laser cutting center. The work compares the possibility of acquiring a machine by conventional methods using own and external resources with a variant of acquiring a machine with a subsidy for a small business.

Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию Инвестиционной деятельности металлургического комбината и горно-металлургического комбината, входящих в Холдинг. Предметом исследования являются экономические отношения, возникающие в процессе формирования и управления инвестиционным портфелем на Нижнетагильском металлургическом комбинате и Качканарском горно-обогатительном комбинатах. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы (магистерской диссертации) заключается в анализе портфеля реальных инвестиционных проектов горно-металлургического холдинга на примере одного металлургического и одного горно-обогатительного комбинатов и разработке практических рекомендаций, способных повысить доходность вложений. В заключении приводятся основные выводы по проведенному анализу формирования и управления инвестиционным портфелем двух предприятий, полученные в ходе исследования. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of Investment activities of the metallurgical plant and the mining and metallurgical plant that are part of the holding. The subject of the study is the economic relations arising in the process of formation and management of the investment portfolio at the Nizhny Tagil metallurgical plant and Kachkanar mining and processing plants. The purpose of the final qualifying work (master's thesis) is to analyze the portfolio of real investment projects of the mining and metallurgical holding on the example of one metallurgical and one mining and processing plants and develop practical recommendations that can increase the profitability of investments. In conclusion, the main conclusions of the analysis of the formation and management of the investment portfolio of the two companies, obtained in the course of the study.

Рассмотрены понятие, сущность и классификация инвестиций, механизм инвестиционного планирования на предприятии и государственный инвестиции в федеральные округи России. Также были проанализированы существующие методики управления инвестиционными проектами и обоснована необходимость реализации проектов технического перевооружения на ФГУП УЭМЗ. Была разработана интегрированная методика подготовки инвестиционных проектов, которая включает в себя как этапы подготовки проекта в пределах ФГУП УЭМЗ, так и этапы рассмотрения документации по проекту на уровне ГК «Росатом», что повысит эффективность инвестиционной деятельности предприятия путем расширения инвестиционного портфеля за счет проектов, финансируемых из консолидированного ресурса ГК «Росатом»; был произведен расчет показателей инвестиционной привлекательности проекта технического перевооружения производственного подразделения ФГУП УЭМЗ. / Examines the concept, nature and classification of investments, the mechanism of investment planning at the enterprise and state investments in Federal districts of Russia. Also analysed the existing methods of management of investment projects and the necessity of implementation of projects of technical re-equipment of the FSUE UEMP. Developed the integrated methodology of investment projects preparation, which includes stages of preparation of the project within the FSUE UEMP, and the stages of processing of project documentation at the level of Rosatom, which will increase the effectiveness of the company's investment activities through expansion of the investment portfolio at the expense of projects financed from the consolidated resource of Rosatom state Corporation; has been made to the calculation of indicators of investment attractiveness of the project of technical re-equipment of the production unit of the FSUE UEMP.

The thesis is focused on the evalution of real investment. In the theoretical part are summarized the basic analysis, investment characteristics, their input parameters and evalution methods which are needed to assess the investment. In the practical part of the work the company is introduced at first, after analysis of the external enviroment and inner potential of the company is performed. Next investment project is presented, his input parameters and evaluation of the methods from the theoretical part is performed. In finally analysis of sensitivity and complex evaluation of the project is performed. The aim of this thesis will be give recommendations for the management of the company, if the project implement or not implement.

The goal of the disertation is valuation of economic effectiveness of the project of building and operation of data centre (telehouse centre). The theoretical part contains basic principles and methods of risk analysis of investment project (break event point, sensitivity analysis), the description of preparation and realisation of investment project, planning of cash flow, determination of discount rate, the possible ways of finance of investment project, the methods of valuation of effectiveness investments. The practical part contains the analysis of telecommunication market, Porters model of competitive powers in the sphere of telecommunication firm, specification of the costs of the project, price statement of Serverhousing, the plan of costs, plan of profit and lost statement, the determination of net present value.
