Устаревшие основные производственные фонды (ОПФ), недостаточное финансирование, высокая конкуренция на отечественном и зарубежном рынках, дефицит квалифицированных кадров снижают возможности ускоренного развития предприятий машиностроения. Решению этих проблем может способствовать проведение анализа производственных процессов и экономической ситуации на предприятии и разработка продуктовых, технологических и организационных инноваций. Проект модернизации механообрабатывающего цеха позволит повысить качество производства сменного инструмента, выпускаемых для прокатного стана, что свою очередь позволит на шаропрокатном производстве повысить объемы выпуска и повысить рентабельность продаж. / Mechanical engineering is the most important industry that provides innovative development of enterprises of the national economy. However, engineering also needs innovation. Obsolete fixed production funds (OPF), insufficient financing, high competition in the domestic and foreign markets, a shortage of qualified personnel reduce the opportunities for accelerated development of engineering enterprises. Analysis of production processes and economic situation at the enterprise and development of product, technological and organizational innovations can help to solve these problems. The modernization project of the machining workshop will increase the quality of production of replaceable tools produced for the rolling mill, which in turn will allow at the ball rolling production to increase production volumes and increase the profitability of sales.

Рассмотрены понятие, сущность и классификация инвестиций, механизм инвестиционного планирования на предприятии и государственный инвестиции в федеральные округи России. Также были проанализированы существующие методики управления инвестиционными проектами и обоснована необходимость реализации проектов технического перевооружения на ФГУП УЭМЗ. Была разработана интегрированная методика подготовки инвестиционных проектов, которая включает в себя как этапы подготовки проекта в пределах ФГУП УЭМЗ, так и этапы рассмотрения документации по проекту на уровне ГК «Росатом», что повысит эффективность инвестиционной деятельности предприятия путем расширения инвестиционного портфеля за счет проектов, финансируемых из консолидированного ресурса ГК «Росатом»; был произведен расчет показателей инвестиционной привлекательности проекта технического перевооружения производственного подразделения ФГУП УЭМЗ. / Examines the concept, nature and classification of investments, the mechanism of investment planning at the enterprise and state investments in Federal districts of Russia. Also analysed the existing methods of management of investment projects and the necessity of implementation of projects of technical re-equipment of the FSUE UEMP. Developed the integrated methodology of investment projects preparation, which includes stages of preparation of the project within the FSUE UEMP, and the stages of processing of project documentation at the level of Rosatom, which will increase the effectiveness of the company's investment activities through expansion of the investment portfolio at the expense of projects financed from the consolidated resource of Rosatom state Corporation; has been made to the calculation of indicators of investment attractiveness of the project of technical re-equipment of the production unit of the FSUE UEMP.

В выпускной квалификационной работе описываются основные пути реконструкции систем теплоснабжения, позволяющие добиться значительного повышения их энергоэффективности, а именно переход котельной на альтернативное топливо с целью повышения энергоэффективности, снижения экономических и экологических потерь. Целью работы является поиск и формулирование основных проблем реконструкции систем теплоснабжения, развитие технологического процесса перевода котельной на альтернативное топливо, проведение энергетического и экономического обоснования предлагаемой замены. Были изучены отечественные и зарубежные публикации по проблемам реконструкции систем теплоснабжения для повышения их энергоэффективности. Приведено обоснование необходимости перевода котельной на альтернативное и экологически чистое топливо, на основе оценки основного и вспомогательного оборудования котельной, а также экологического благополучия территории, прилегающей к котельной. Разработан технологический процесс перевода котельной на альтернативное и экологически безопасное топливо, выявлена и доказана необходимость модернизации оборудования для использования альтернативного топлива. Были определены существующие методы модернизации котла, работающего на угле для альтернативного и экологически чистого топлива. Выполнено экономическое обоснование предлагаемой замены. / This final qualifying work describes the main ways of reconstruction of heat supply systems, allowing achieving a significant increase in the energy efficiency of these systems, namely the transfer of the boiler to alternative fuel in order to improve energy efficiency, reduce economic and environmental losses. The purpose of the work is to consider and formulate the main problems of reconstruction of heat supply systems, development of the technological process of transferring the boiler house to alternative fuel, implementation of energy and economic justification of the proposed replacement. Domestic and foreign publications on the problems of reconstruction of heat supply systems in order to improve their energy efficiency were studied. The substantiation and relevance of the transfer of the boiler house to alternative and environmentally friendly fuel was discussed, for which the assessment of the main and auxiliary equipment of the boiler house, as well as the ecological well-being of the territory adjacent to the boiler house. The technological process of transfer of a boiler room to alternative and environmentally friendly fuel was developed, need of modernization of the equipment for use of pellet fuel is revealed and proved. The existing methods of modernization of the boiler unit operating on coal for alternative and environmentally friendly fuel were identified. Economic justification of the proposed replacement was done.
