It then presents an analysis of public finances in São Paulo and the resources devoted to housing for low-income population / O presente texto objetiva apresentar os principais planos de investimentos em habitação, por parte do Governo Federal, com maior ênfase no Sistema Financeiro Habitacional (SFH) até ao programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida.
