<p>Idag finns det många olika systemutvecklingsmetoder och dess strategiska fokus skiljer sig från metod till metod. Vissa metoder använder sig av en mer användarledd strategi till exempel JAD, där användarna får vara med och driva utvecklandet av systemet och få det anpassat efter deras behov. Andra metoder använder en expertdominerad strategi till exempel SSADM, där experterna utvecklar systemet, där experterna utreder vad systemet bör innefatta. Eftersom metodernas strategi och fokus skiljer sig, skiljer de sig även åt när det gäller arbetsprocessen gentemot organisationen. Ett sätt att arbeta gentemot organisationen är att använda sig av en facilitator.</p><p>En facilitator är en medlare, assistent som är neutral. Facilitatorn skall stödja gruppen, processen och uppgiften. Denne skall även kunna fungera som en gruppmodelleringsledare.</p><p>Denna rapport avser att granska hur en facilitator påverkar en systemutvecklingsmetod, i detta fallet SSADM. Hur facilitatorn påverkar metoden beror väldigt mycket på vem som väljs ut att vara facilitator. Om facilitatorn är kompetent kommer han/hon ha en positiv inverkan på metoden. Om han/hon inte är tillräckligt kompetent kommer det bli en negativ inverkan.</p>

The present work studies the use of Domain Analysis approach as an artifact to support the knowledge organization process at the Brazilian Social Security. In this context it is presented the essence of the relation between data and information on the basis of the concept of relevance and on the use of Domain Analysis. Taking into consideration the information questions in the Social Security and on its efforts towards knowledge organization in the last few years. The JAD technique was used as a tool to conduct the investigation. The results obtained may contribute to the generation of better products to make available a wider set of social security and social assistance information increasing the relationships between the State and Citizens / Para desenvolver processos de organização do conhecimento é necessário compreender o ambiente informacional, os sistemas aplicativos e seus dados, além dos estoques e fluxo de informações. O presente trabalho estuda o uso da abordagem da Análise de Domínio, como artefato para apoio ao processo de organização do conhecimento na Previdência Social Brasileira. Dentro deste contexto é apresentada a essência da relação entre dados e informação, bem como, o uso destes, como insumo para o entendimento dos conceitos de relevância e possíveis abordagens para o uso da Análise de Domínio. São apresentadas considerações que endereçam para a questão da Informação na Previdência Social e para os esforços de organização do conhecimento que ocorreram ao longo dos últimos anos. A técnica de JAD foi utilizada para conduzir a dinâmica de investigação. Os resultados obtidos contribuirão para gerar melhores produtos, tornando disponível para a sociedade em geral um conjunto mais abrangente de informações previdenciárias e assistenciais, trazendo melhorias no relacionamento entre Estado e Cidadão

Actualmente existe un gran número de técnicas y herramientas para realizar estimaciones en los procesos de software, pero muchas de ellas requieren de gran volumen de información del proyecto que se está analizando, dificultando una estimación temprana del esfuerzo requerido para desarrollar dicho proyecto. Aquellos analistas que trabajan con el Léxico Extendido del Lenguaje, al contar con este modelo en etapas tempranas del software, pueden inferir ciertas características del proyecto, como pueden ser los Casos de Uso, las clases y entidades de base de datos que formaran parte del diseño del proyecto. Por otro lado, existen técnicas de estimación de esfuerzo ampliamente utilizadas y estandarizadas que se valen de estas características, como por ejemplo Puntos Caso de Uso, pero que en una etapa temprana de elicitación de requerimientos no son aplicables por falta de información. Este trabajo pretende brindar a los usuarios que utilizan Léxico Extendido del Lenguaje en su proceso de elicitación de requerimientos, una herramienta que, a partir de la información recabada en las etapas tempranas de dicho proceso, proporcione una estimación del esfuerzo necesario para realizar el proyecto, basada en un método ampliamente utilizado y estandarizado.

However the Jews were present in Chrudim already from the time of Přemysl Otakar II., their presence there was rather a rare phenomenon untill half of the 19-th century, when, due to the legislative changes, the Jews were given new opportunities and started to move from the surrounding country communities and villages to Chrudim. That was the beginning of the time of the greatest prosperity of Chrudim's Jewish community, which continued untill the World War II. During that time the Jews there were fully respected members (citizens) of the Czech society and were fully involved in the prosperity of the town, and the Thesis folows the traces, that Jews have left in the history of Chrudim, and also the surrounding Jewish communities, from which part of the Jewish families of Chrudim came, are mentioned here.
