A presente pesquisa se propõe o exame de algumas das implicações políticas verificadas em processos de formação que se estruturam a partir de modalidades de criação compartilhada. Essas modalidades estão diretamente ligadas aos modos de produção do teatro de grupo, especialmente àqueles instituídos a partir da década de 90 e que, desde então, vêm exercendo um papel importante na revisão de princípios e práticas pedagógicas. Nosso campo de investigação é a \"SP Escola de Teatro\", um centro de formação das artes do palco que conta com momentos específicos em que a formação se efetiva no encontro entre aprendizes de oito diferentes áreas criativas (Atuação, Cenografia e Figurino, Direção, Dramaturgia, Humor, Iluminação, Sonoplastia e Técnicas de Palco) e se propõe à construção de uma cena teatral em que todos os seus integrantes respondem pela autoria da obra apresentada. Ao longo desta dissertação, pudemos problematizar as relações que ali se estabelecem e verificar a existência de um espaço comum que privilegia a emergência de ações criativas propositadamente plurais, diversas e geradoras de novas possibilidades de convívio e trocas humanas. Nesse sentido, os estudos de Hannah Arendt e Jacques Rancière ampararam nossas reflexões e nos permitiram traçar paralelos entre o exercício da criação compartilhada e a atividade política, sobretudo no que tange à pressuposição da igualdade como necessidade das relações humanas e à condição de pluralidade que as estabelece. / The purpose of the current research is to analyze some of the political implications observed in learning processes that ground itself in joint creation formats. Those formats are directly connected to the theater groups production mode, specially, the ones set in the 90\'s and that, since then, have played an important role in questioning and reviewing fundaments and pedagogical practices. Our field of specific studies is the \"SP Escola de Teatro\", a performing arts learning center which provides specific moments where the learning happens throughout encounters amongst students from eight different creative areas (Acting, Set and Costume Design, Directing, Playwriting, Humor, Lighting Design, Sound Design and Stage Techniques) and has the purpose of creating a theatrical scenario where all its members are authors of the artwork. Throughout this dissertation we were able to discuss the connections that were made and verify the existence of a joint space that privileges the emergence of creative actions in an intentionally plural environment, diverse and that gives possibilities to human interaction and sharing dynamics. Thus, the studies from Hannah Arendt and Jacques Rancière supported our reflections and allowed us to map parallels between the joint creation exercise and political actions, especially regarding the assumption that human interaction needs equality and the conditions of plurality that establishes it.
