Orientador: André Henrique Rosa / Resumo: A qualidade da água nos reservatórios é muitas vezes comprometida em várias regiões do mundo por nutrientes e metais-traço. Isso exige monitoramento contínuo, no entanto, análises de grandes conjuntos de dados coletados durante o monitoramento regular continuam sendo uma tarefa difícil. As técnicas multivariadas oferecem uma abordagem rápida e robusta para a interpretação de resultados complexos. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a eficácia de mapa auto-organizável (self-organizing map, SOM) como uma ferramenta para investigar processos biogeoquímicos. Essa ferramenta também pode ajudar a ilustrar influências dos padrões de uso da terra na qualidade da água dos reservatórios. Aqui usamos o reservatório de Itupararanga (São Paulo, Brasil) como um exemplo subtropical. Os perfis verticais foram amostrados de sete locais no reservatório, em um total de sete campanhas, ao longo de 24 meses. Junto aos parâmetros físico-químicos na coluna de água (oxigênio dissolvido [OD], Eh, pH e temperatura), níveis de nutrientes (NO3-, NO2−, NH4+ e PO43-), metais de transição e traços (Al, Ba, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni e Zn) e clorofila-a (Cl-a) foram medidos. Essas variáveis foram correlacionadas com o uso da terra usando o SOM. Com esta técnica, as amostras foram classificadas em 17 grupos distintos, que mostraram influências da heterogeneidade espacial e sazonalidade. The aim of the diploma thesis is the creation building drawings of the Church in Ivančice. The first part is devoted to description of locality and measuring. The following part of the thesis deals with calculations of measured data and the accuracy testing those data. The final part of the thesis describes creation graphic outputs. The resulting building documentation consist of drawings of ground plans, vertical sections and thematical map, which will be submitted to the National Heritage Institute.

The aim of the diploma thesis has been evaluation of available geodetic, geomorphological, geological and geophysical data and other possible map data, which are related to the motion and geodynamic properties in this part of Western Carpathians. The purpose has been also to evaluate possible kinematic relations and design appropriate areas for further GNSS monitoring. Especially Slanské vrchy area is located in the zone where there are no supporting GNSS points, despite the area is situated on the main tectonic breaks of eastern Slovakia. The results and all supporting materials have been processed in the GIS program and summarized in the basic geodynamic map of Slanské vrchy and the surroundings.

The diploma thesis deals with the measurement of noise from road transport. The goal of the thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of noise measurement from road traffic and the subsequent creation of noise maps. Noise measurement is carried out using Raspberry Pi.

Diplomová práce si dává za cíl navrhnout a uvést v praxi metodiku snímání oční duhovky ve viditelném spektru. Klade přitom důraz na kvalitu snímků, věrohodné podání barev vůči reálnému podkladu a hlavně na kontinuální hloubku ostrosti, která odhaluje dosud nezkoumané aspekty a detaily duhovky. V poslední řadě se také soustředí na co nejmenší vystavení duhovky fyzickému stresu. Metodika obsahuje přesné postupy jak snímat duhovku a zajištuje tím konzistentnost snímků. Tím umožní vytvářet databáze duhovek s ohledem na jejich vývoj v čase či jiném aspektu jako je například psychologický stav snímané osoby. Na úvod je v práci představena anatomie lidského oka a zejména pak duhovky. Dále pak známé způsoby snímání duhovky. Následuje část, jež se zabývá správným osvětlením duhovky. To je nutné pro požadovanou úroveň kvality snímků zároveň ale vystavuje oko velkému fyzickému stresu. Je tedy nutné najít kompromis mezi těmito aspekty. Důležitý je popis samotné metodiky obsahující podrobný popis snímání. Dále se práce zabývá nutnými postprodukčními úpravami jako je například složení snímků s různou hloubkou ostrosti do jednoho kontinuálního snímku či aplikací filtrů pro odstranění vad na snímcích. Poslední část práce je rozdělena na zhodnocení výsledků a závěr, v němž se rozebírají možné rozšíření či úpravy metodiky tak, aby ji bylo možné použít i mimo laboratorní podmínky.

The subject of this diploma thesis is survey of former traveler´s inn called Peklo and upcoming creation of its building documentation. In the first part there is an introduction of the former pub and there is also a chapter about building measuring network. In the next chapter is described measurement and a data processing. The final part of this diploma thesis is dedicated to description of creation required documents, which are clear sketch of measuring network, floor plan, view of vertical section, outside views of the pub from two different sides and a thematical map. The final documentations will be delivered to the current owner of the house and will be used for the planned reconstruction.

The diploma thesis focuses on the economic and financial evaluation of a selected company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The work is divided into four parts and the first part includes the objectives, methods and procedures of processing. The second part is focused on the theoretical background needed for the next part, namely the analytic part, which will introduce the selected company and will compile and evaluate financial and strategic analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard model will be created in the last part of the work in order to improve the current performance of the company.

The aim of this Master’s Thesis is noise map creation and processing of measured data using ArcView 9.2 and its extensions. One - year Student Edition of ArcView 9.2 and its extensions have been provided by ARCDATA PRAHA, s.r.o. Noise maps are created from measured data in the neighborhood of the faculty building and the Moravian Square in Brno. Measurement of geographic position of measuring points is realized by GPS. For creation of noise maps, analysis and processing of measured data ArcGIS extensions - Spatial Analyst and Geostatistical Analyst were used. The last part of this Master’s Thesis is specialized on creation of 3D landscape model using ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension.

This thesis deals with theoretical design and practical realization of map editing application. The first chapter is focused on theoretical explanation of the most important terms in GPS describing basic principles and position monitoring possibilities. Further is described block scheme of GPS receiver. Next chapter describes NMEA 0183 protocol which is used for data transfer between GPS module and application. At the end of theoretical part is some information about geodetic system WGS-84 and files for trace recording. Application is creating in .NET Compact Framework in C# language. Application is able to load map in image format. Trace from specific file format can be displayed into map. Application can show currently recording trace too. Trace can be divided on segments according to type roads. Weak signal in record trace can be modified by correction methods. At the end of this thesis are instructions to using created application.
