In other words, it questions how such women realize and signify changes in their ordinary practices (personal relationships, mainly in the loving and family fields) and related to themselves, above all regarding to body, sexuality and female roles. In this sense, testimonies has been collected from UFPel/FAU Hospital-dia s users, who match the profile of this research, that is, to be a woman, to have a stable loving relationship, and to have HIV/AIDS from her spouse. The methodology used in order to achieve and to analyze the testimonies is the Life Oral History. / O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal analisar a forma pela qual cinco portadoras do HIV/AIDS, moradoras da cidade de Pelotas (RS), que contraíram o vírus a partir de relações sexuais sem prevenção, têm suas vidas modificadas pela sorologia positiva para o HIV. Em outras palavras, questiona-se como tais mulheres percebem e significam as mudanças em suas práticas cotidianas (relações interpessoais, principalmente as amorosas e as familiares) e em relação a si próprias, sobretudo tendo em vista as categorias corpo, sexualidade e papel feminino. Nesse sentido, foram colhidos testemunhos de usuárias Hospital-dia da UFPel/FAU, as quais se enquadravam no perfil desta pesquisa, ou seja, o de mulher, com relação amorosa estável e que tenha contraído o vírus do seu companheiro. A metodologia utilizada para a realização e a análise dos depoimentos é a da História Oral de Vida.
