Compact lifting mechanism of autonomous vehicle : Concept development and guidelines for implementation

Andersson, Rasmus, Engström, Fredrik January 2018 (has links)
The material handling industry is facing new challenges with the divergence from the established EUR-pallet. In correlation with the autonomous technology which is becoming more advanced, available and affordable than ever before, new demands are created. The industry calls for innovative material handling automated guided vehicles to meet the requirements. These vehicles will increase the owners profit by being more efficient in terms of time, size and cost. The aim for this study is to develop suitable lifting mechanisms for an ultra-compact automated guided vehicle. A generic product development process is utilized. The requirements for the lifting mechanism is defined and presented in a specification. A selection of employees are involved in the ideation and concept generation to add in-house knowledge and experience. The concepts are developed with component research, 3D visualizations and concept descriptions. The concepts are evaluated and the most promising are selected. The selected concepts are further developed with CAD-models, calculations and a selection of components. The concepts are compared with each other and the initial specification to assess the most suitable lifting mechanism. The single acting hydraulic system, including a Micro Power Pack and four small hydraulic cylinders, is considered the best suitable choice for an ultracompact material handling automated guided vehicle.

Manipulátor ovocnářských produktů / Manipulator of fruit products

Riesner, Tomáš January 2008 (has links)
The work deals with construction project of manipulator for loading of fruit products to a means of haulage (lorry semi-trailers, railway wagons). One part of the writnig is an idea concept of whole machinery and a detailed project of a lifting part with its strentght calculation. That was firstly worked out manually as a design and then subsequently optimalised by the Finite Element Method. Design documentation was made up based on the construction project and the calculated values.

Mostový jeřáb - návrh jeřábové kočky / Overhead crane - design of crane trolley

Brzobohatý, Petr January 2010 (has links)
The diploma work deals with design of lifting mechanism of overhead crane trolley with a load capacity 200 t. The main objective is design and analysis of selected components of lifting mechanism and components which are directly associated with lifting mechanism. Work includes design elements of a rope system, such as rope, rope drum, sheaves, sheave block, elements of the proposals of propulsion, such as engine, transmission, brake, coupling. The work contains also strength calculations of some components and drawing documentation.

Pojezdové a zvedací zařízení / Travelling and lifting mechanism

Kukla, Antonín January 2010 (has links)
The main objective of the thesis is to design and construct a taxiway and a lifting device for moving a BELL helicopter with slides. Handling equipment is used for transporting helicopters between the airfield and hangars. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part includes the design of taxiway and lifting equipment. Other parts contain strength calculation of selected parts and design documentation, which includes assembly drawings and important groups drawings.

Otočný sloupový jeřáb plnícího vozu koksárenské baterie / Derrick of the filling car of coke-oven battery

Hurník, Štěpán January 2011 (has links)
This master´s thesis deals with a proposed design of the derrick of the filling car of a coke-oven battery, which is used for working with unit loads, repairing and maintenance of the filling car and cleaning of the battery risers. In the first part a solution concept was chosen. For this concept a main steel structure was designed, which was controlled in stress analysis by the FEM program I-DEAS NX 11. Further, the main parts of the lifting and travelling mechanism were calculated using specified parameters. In the conclusion of this thesis the results summary of specified targets is stated. Assembly drawing is in the annex of this thesis.

Administrativní a výrobní budova firmy GRADIOR TECH v Brně, stavebně technologický projekt / Building Technology Project

Kolouch, David January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the processing of selected parts of the construction technology project for the New office and manufacturing building of GRADIOR TECH a.s. The building is located in the Královopolská industrial park in Brno - Královo pole. The construction is divided into 6 buildings. The indicative time and financial plan focuses on the building as a whole. Furthermore, the diploma thesis focuses in detail on the construction technology project project in detail on the building of the office building, which is based on drilled piles. On these piles, the cup feet for pillar fitting are placed on which the beams are fitted together with frames and ceiling panels. The building is diverse and contains both prefabricated and monolithic structures.
