The research comprised 25 polytechnic high school students from a state school in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Data were collected via a semi-structured questionnaire. The productions carried out by the research subjects for the project conclusion were also collected. ?Discursive Textual Analysis? was used to analyze data. The analysis results are presented in four categories: the subjects? perceptions regarding the Entrepreneurship Project, knowledge mobilized and built by the students, attitudes developed via the Entrepreneurship Project, and relationships established via the Entrepreneurship Project. The first category evinced that the subjects saw the project as a challenge, that the project demanded more commitment and more responsibilities, and the students? acknowledgement that the project promoted important learning. The second category revealed the conceptual and procedural contents which were present in the activities carried out by the students. The third category showed the presence of attitudinal contents developed by the students via their attitudes, as well as the capabilities manifested by the students their productions. The fourth category revealed the relationships among the students, the differences of ideas, teamwork, and the relationships between the teacher and the students. The thesis concludes that the Entrepreneurship Project contributed to the students? formation, mobilizing and building knowledge by integrating conceptual, procedural and attitudinal contents in different activities, which were contextualized via the theme of entrepreneurship. / A presente disserta??o apresenta as etapas e os resultados de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso, que buscou avaliar como um Projeto sobre Empreendedorismo pode contribuir para a forma??o de um grupo de estudantes do Ensino M?dio Polit?cnico. Participaram da pesquisa 25 estudantes do ensino m?dio polit?cnico de uma escola da rede p?blica estadual do Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um question?rio semi-estruturado. Tamb?m foram coletadas as produ??es realizadas pelos sujeitos para a conclus?o do projeto. Para a realiza??o da an?lise dos dados, foi empregada a An?lise Textual Discursiva (ATD). Os resultados da an?lise s?o apresentados em quatro categorias, quais sejam: percep??es dos sujeitos com rela??o ao Projeto Empreendedorismo, conhecimentos mobilizados e constru?dos pelos estudantes, atitudes desenvolvidas por meio do Projeto Empreendedorismo e as rela??es estabelecidas por meio do Projeto Empreendedorismo. A primeira categoria evidenciou que o projeto era visto por eles como algo desafiador, que exigiu um maior comprometimento e mais responsabilidades e, ainda, o reconhecimento dos estudantes de que o projeto desencadeou importantes aprendizagens. A segunda categoria evidenciou os conte?dos conceituais e procedimentais que estiveram presentes nas atividades desenvolvidas pelos estudantes. A terceira categoria evidenciou a presen?a dos conte?dos atitudinais, desenvolvidos pelos estudantes por meio de suas atitudes e as capacidades manifestadas pelos estudantes em suas produ??es. A quarta categoria evidenciou as rela??es entre os estudantes, as diferen?as de ideias, o trabalho em equipe e, as rela??es entre o professor e os estudantes. O Projeto Empreendedorismo contribuiu para a forma??o dos estudantes, mobilizando e construindo conhecimentos ao integrar os conte?dos conceituais, procedimentais e atitudinais em diferentes atividades, contextualizadas com o tema empreendedorismo.
