The final qualifying work examines various theoretical approaches to social adaptation, highlights the main features of training in military universities. As part of our own empirical research, a survey was conducted among 1st-year cadets of the Ural Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, the main problems were identified and recommendations were formulated. / В выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрены различные теоретические подходы к социальной адаптации, выделены основные особенности обучения в военных вузах. В рамках собственного эмпирического исследования был проведен опрос среди курсантов 1 курса Уральского института ГПС МЧС РФ, выделены основные проблемы и сформулированы рекомендации.
