Diplomová práce hodnotí finanční strukturu malého podniku. Práce je rozdělana na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována popisu teoretického aparátu finanční analýzy se zaměřením na malý podnik. Praktická část je věnována stavu malých a střednich podniků v ČR, odvětví ve kterém se zvolený podnik nachází a hlavní část je věnována aplikaci teoretických znalostí na zvolený podnik. V závěrečné části je SWOT analýza a v samotném závěru je zhodnocení finančního stavu podniku a návrhy na možné uplatnění firmy do budoucna.

Although strategic management is one of the most important part of company management, SME management is not focused on it or only a little. If SMEs are interested to exist on market in a long term, they will have to soon or later start with making strategies and apply methods of strategic management. Target of my thesis was to make strategic analysis and create design of strategy's variant of small enterprise. The thesis highlights importance of strategy for SMEs and involves procedure of creating strategy which is applied in practice on the small enterprise.

Nowdays the exhibition business and whole economics are attacked by the impacts of world-wide crisis. The organizers of exhibitions and trade fairs are afraid of massive decrease in exhibitors interest info taking part at these shows. Is it really important to realize that these shows offer a quality presentation of wide assortment and companies from current branch at one place and at the same time. This fact cause that exhibitions or trade fairs are often more effective than any grandiose marketing campaign.

The diploma thesis conveys information enabling greater awareness on the role of open source software at the market of enterprise information systems such as ERP provided as a service. It presents their distinctive characteristics from proprietary software. The practical part investigates the use of corporate information systems provided on-premise, as web services, and by open software. It presents the opinion of the respondents on the contradictory factors considered as benefits or risks of such software.

This paper deals with the implementation of open source ERP systems in the area of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main objective of this work is to define an open source ERP implementation methodology, suitable for small and medium enterprises. This objec-tive is fulfilled partially by defining of manifesto, as way of thinking about this area and analysis of current state of available implementation methodologies. Newly described met-hodology is then verified by a case study. The main contribution of this work is the defini-tion of implementation methodology for open source ERP systems in area of SME focusing on frequently occurring insufficiencies and leading to successful deployment of company IS.

The main aim of my thesis is to characterize and quantify the importance of SMEs to the economy and foreign trade of Slovak Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes SMEs sector and its main features.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the position of SMEs in the economy of Slovakia.The third chapter analyzes the significance of SMEs for Slovakia's foreign trade. The aim of the last chapter is to characterize the various support options available for Slovak SMEs.

Fractures for Clarinet and Computer is a piece for live interactive performance using custom software designed in Max/MSP. the work explores musical borrowing and transformation of music from works such as Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony, Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, and several fragments from synthesizer recordings of the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. the dissertation focuses on both the musical aesthetics that informed the creation of the work and the software programming that enables live sampling and harmonization systems as well as flexible control of global parameters.

Nekvindová D. Change Management of Business Strategy and Internationalization of Trading Company, Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to create a complex methodology for the change of business strategy when a company wants to internationalize which will be applicable and utilizable in SMEs. The principles of the theory of change management and project management will be used. The change management will be based on Lewin's Three-Stage Model of Change completed by the project management and risk management, and the situation analysis will help the identification of the company's position. A partial purpose of this thesis is to define conditions of internationalization for enterprises specified above which is closely connected with the change management of business strategy within the European Union. The last part of the thesis is focused on the application of the methodological proposal to a real company under real market conditions.

The thesis fetches the overview of achievable support for Czech small and medium enterprises, what can be used as a guide. The profit of this thesis the author brings in the analysis of the Philippines for potential Czech entrepreneurs. Cluster policy is one of the tool for the support of enterprises, what is in European context currently very actual. The analysis of Philippines is applied in a proposal of internationalization study for Czech cluster CREA Hydro&Energy to the Philippines. The internationalization study contains especially identification of an opportunities and a SWOT analysis. The added value of thesis is own experiences of the author achieved during internship in the Philippines. During the internship the author was collaborating with CREA Hydro&Energy on the European cluster association NATUREEF on project Go International.Formula clause:The thesis contains commercially exploitable information obtained and analyzed in collaboration with the cluster manager and financial support cluster CREA Hydro & Energy.
