Previous issue date: 2009-05-07 / The attention given to the central attractions of the implementation of shared services, also known as shared services, gain significant space in strategic planning of organizations, especially those that have several business units. This dissertation aims to describe the main results of the implementation of a shared services central through the use of certain metrics in the strategic plan of the corporation and also to identify the key tools that assist and strengthen the use of metrics as part of the company's strategic planning. Identify the course of implementation, its strengths and weaknesses, and issues of outsorcing and sub-outsourcing, the use of benchmarking as a tool to assist management and search for competitive differential. It is also object of study the sinergy that this culture is to the adaptation of new proposals for improvement in processes, such as encouragement to groups of continuous improvement, that using the reference measurement results aligned to corporate proposals, generating gains of scale, greater quality, agility and enables a focus on core business, contributing to the administration of excellence and therefore the creation of value for this organization / A atenção dispensada aos atrativos das implantações de Centrais de Serviços Compartilhados, também conhecidas como Shared Services, ganha espaço significativo no planejamento estratégico das organizações, principalmente das que possuem várias unidades de negócio. Esta dissertação tem o objetivo de descrever os principais resultados do processo de implantação de uma central de serviços compartilhados, através do uso das métricas determinadas no plano estratégico da corporação e também de identificar as principais ferramentas que auxiliam e consolidam o uso de métricas como parte do planejamento estratégico da companhia. Identificar o percurso da implantação, seus pontos fortes e fracos, bem como as questões de terceirização e quarteirização, e a utilização do benchmarking como ferramenta auxiliar de gestão e busca pelo diferencial competitivo. Também é objeto de estudo a sinergia que esta cultura tem com a adaptação de novas propostas de melhoria nos processos, como o incentivo a grupos de melhoria contínua, que utilizando os referenciais de medição dos resultados alinhados às propostas corporativas geram ganhos de escala, maior qualidade, agilidade e possibilita o foco no core business, contribuindo para uma administração de excelência e consequentemente a criação de valor para a organização

Kryptoanalýza šifer používaných v GSM telefonech / Cryptanalysis of ciphers used in GSM phonesBarboriková, Jana January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the family of A5 algorithm which is used in data encryption and decryption in GSM phones. It is focused on real time cryptanalysis of the stream cipher A5/1. It describes in detail the known plaintext attack published by A. Biryukov, A. Shamir and D. Wagner. Both the attack and the cipher are implemented. The implementation proves that the preprocessing stage of the attack is very time consuming, but the actual attack can be carried out in real time on a single PC. Then the problem of finding a good statistical model for the process of generating tree of predecessors of internal states of A5/1 is studied. We present reasons why the singletype Galton-Watson process is not suitable for the problem and introduce a multitype Galton-Watson process and a macro process. The models are applied to the process of generating predecessors and their predictions are compared with experimental data.
