Elección de carreras universitarias y género en el caso de Trabajo Social e Ingeniería.

Peña y Lillo Buschiazzo, María Alejandra January 2006 (has links)

Analysis of Neuroinflammatory Markers in the BTBR T+tf/J Mouse Model of Autism Spectrum Disorder

Scruggs, Kent, Carrasco, Tiffany, Chandley, Michelle 05 April 2018 (has links)
Affecting 1 in 68 children, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is one of the most prevalent cognitive disorders in the global population. Symptoms of ASD, although typically not life-threatening, have a large impact on the social wellbeing of diagnosed individuals. Inflammation in the brain, or neuroinflammation, has previously been shown to increase the severity of the behavioral deficits associated with ASD. The exact etiology of the neuroinflammation observed in ASD remains unclear, especially in regards to protein expression that initiates the inflammatory pathway. This experiment examines two specific markers of neuroinflammation, glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) in a previously characterized mouse model of ASD. GFAP is astrocyte-specific, cytoplasmic, and has been shown to be upregulated in trauma or disease pathologies in the brain. MAG is found in the membrane of oligodendrocytes and is a major regulator of development and regeneration of nervous tissue. Control C57bl/6j mice and ASD-representative BTBR T+tf/J (BTBR) mice were sacrificed twenty-one days after birth. Immunoblotting was performed on cingulate cortical tissue using anti-GFAP and anti-MAG primary antibodies to quantify levels of GFAP and MAG protein expression between the control and ASD models. These findings provide further evidence that changes in GFAP and MAG expression may alter the neuroinflammatory pathways observed in ASD-representative mice.

Výroba konzoly odjehlovacího stroje / The production of the console deburring machines

Hlavinka, Martin January 2018 (has links)
This thesis submitted deals with the project of the change of the production of the semi-finished product of the console which is produced by casting from the cast iron ČSN 42 2420. The component forms the frame of the deburring machine with two electric motors with the gearbox. For the suggested production the method MAG of technology welding was chosen. Because of the given technology the new construction of the component was chosen. The welded product consists of eight parts burnt from heavy-walled sheet metals. The suggested material of the construction is steel S235JR and for welding the filler rod Weld G3Si1, diameter 1 mm is chosen. For the determination of the optimal parameters of welding the testing through the slap next to the skin weld (size a5) was made. Simultaneously with the testing the fracture areas and the weld root were examined. The suggested parameters of welding were used during the preparation of WPS. For the assembling of the component the operating schedule of welding is planned.

Vliv svařovacích parametrů na kvalitu a mechanické vlastnosti svarového spoje / The influence of welding parameters on the quality and mechanical properties of the weld joint

Vlach, Jan January 2019 (has links)
The Master´s thesis focuses on the possibilities of using MAG welding on carbon steel 1.1221(C60E) without using preheating. It researches the effect of basic welding parameters on the final characteristics with the goal being to find a welding seam without defects, without using preheating.

Svařování vysokopevnostních ocelí laserem / Welding of high strenght steel by laser

Číp, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
This project, elaborated within the engineering studies (code of field of study: N2301), presents experiment of welding of high-strength steel by laser. In this project, the samples of high-strength steel DOMEX 420MC will be welded by laser welding method and the welded joints will then be compared with welds made by MAG method. The theoretical part of this project summarizes the following key words in individual chapters: lasers, technology of welding of steel using laser, welding by MAG method, steel with higher strength, types of defects and check of welded joints. The practical part contains description of and assessment of mechanical tests of welded joints – weld bending test and transverse tension test. Further on, the tests of macrostructure and microstructure of welded joints were conducted and assessed. Final results of whole experiment are reviewed at the end of my diploma thesis.

Svařování otěruvzdorných ocelí laserovým svazkem / Laser welding of the abrasive steel

Sklenář, Zdeněk January 2012 (has links)
The project, prepared by the engineering study compares the welding abrasive steel HARDOX 400, fiber laser welding method, which will be compared with a MAG welding method and using different protective gases (argon and helium). In the theoretical part, i worked both welding technology's and the issue of high-strength steel. In the experimental part were performed and evaluated by destructive mechanical testing and bending test, the transverse tension test, test macrostructure and microstructure of welds. In conclusion the thesis deduced the final results of the experiment.

Certifikace firmy dle ČSN EN 15085 a ČSN EN ISO 3834 / Certification of company according to ČSN EN 15085 and ČSN EN ISO 3834

Kazdera, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies is focused on the certification of the company SW-MOTECH sro in the welding of steel structures for rail vehicles. According to standards ČSN EN 15085 and ČSN EN ISO 3834. The first part focuses on theoretical introduction to the used welding methods. The second section describes the destructive and non-destructive tests on individual welding methods, including their evaluation. Based on work tests pWPS is exposed to welding procedure WPS

Konstrukce svařovacího přípravku / Design of welding jig

Štancl, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
The main focus of the thesis is the proposal for the construction of welding jig for the extension of the bus. Welding of individual parts of the assembly is on manual workplace. All parts are made of fabricated structural steel ČSN 41 1373 with galvannealed coating. As an appropriate technology for welding of extension with the optimal parameters method MAG was chosen.

Svařovací přípravek pro robotické svařovací pracoviště / Welding clamping device for the robot cell

Doležel, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the construction of the welding clamping device for the robot cell. It is divided into two parts – the theoretical part describes welding of aluminium, MIG and TIG methods, welding robots and manipulators. The goal of the thesis is to design and construct the welding clamping device for the robot cell. In the last part of the thesis the return on investment into production of welding clamping device is evaluated.
