Optimalizace obráběcího procesu zvolené rotační součásti / On the optimization of machining process of the rotary part

Benda, Martin January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with analysing component manufacture of valve lines. Firstly evaluating current condition of production including determinated manufacture times and costs. Secondly carrying out inmprovement proposals for manufacture and optimalisation of cutting conditions while considering the minimal costs given for operation sections. The final provision summarizes results which were achieved and overall benefits of the thesis.

Návrh na zefektivnění výroby strojírenské součásti / Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Production of Engineering Component

Nonn, Vilém January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with the efficiency improvement proposal of production of engineering component for agricultural machine. Firstly, the current production proces is described including description of the component and determination of manufacture times. The next part contains efficiency improvement proposal of production including determination of manufacture times. The last chapter contains a comparison of both variants in terms of production costs. The final provision summarizes results which were achieved and overall benefits of the thesis.

A estimativa de custos obteve resultados de custos a partir de US$ 24 / kg de extrato / Abstract: In this work, the kinetic behavior and manufacture costs of vegetal extract processed by supercritical technology were studied. The kinetic parameters of the process in different conditions of temperature and pressure were determined, the chemical composition of extracts was evaluated and the manufacture costs were estimated. Two plants were studied: Achyrocline satureioides (Macela) and Vetiveria zizanioides (Vetiver). The manufacture cost of the vetiver oil presented great influence of the extraction time, resulting in lower costs for lower extraction cycles. Due to the high required investment in the extraction plant and low cost of the raw material, it was expected that the minimum cost of manufacture coincided with the tCER. Thus, as considering vetiver extraction process significant part of the extract it is obtained in the first minutes of the process, the lower costs of manufacture occur with lower cycles of extraction. The estimate of manufacture costs resulted in values as low as 24 US$/kg of extract / Mestrado / Mestre em Engenharia de Alimentos
