A representação dos atores sociais e a imagem da mulher no contexto do discurso feminista em contos de Marina Colasanti / The representation of social actors and the women's image in the context of the feminist discourse in short stories by Marina ColasantiElir Ferrari de Freitas 30 June 2010 (has links)
Assim, os conflitos gerados a partir das ações do homem sobre a mulher nos contos confirmam certas preocupações do discurso feminista / The book Contos de amor rasgados, by Marina Colasanti, was published in 1986, a decade of consolidation of all the achievements conquered by the Brazilian feminist movement (Pinto, 2003), which fought for a change in mentality, in social practices e in discourses about the womens conditions (ibid.). In the short stories, however, the woman portrayed is represented in a peculiar way, breaking all expectations of a positive image that a feminist author should bring about. This study is an analysis which focuses on some details about the representation of social actors in short stories that intend to carry the discourse of womens liberation. To do so, we selected ten representative stories from the book and analyzed them in accordance with van Leeuwens sociosemantic system for the representation of social actors (1997) and Hallidays Functional-Systemic Linguistics. Our approach in this study is also based on Faircloughs Critical Discourse Analysis (1995), as he has been dedicating his studies to discourse and social change, of which feminism is an expression of. In this sense, however, Bourdieu (2005) asserts that very little has really changed despite the feminist movement, since mans domination and symbolic violence still prevail. Van Leeuwens categories, such as exclusion and inclusion of social actors in discursive representations, is our tool for a detailed analysis of the relationship between men and women, revealing the feminist questions described by Pinto (op. cit.) and highlighted by Boudieu (op. cit.), which are included in the stories. The results demonstrate that the woman in the stories was sometimes completely excluded, sometimes backgrounded, and some other times made weak by passivation in relation to her partner/husband/boyfriend/lover. The conflicts generated by the actions of men towards women confirm the concerns of the feminist discourse

Colasanti, segundo diferentes perspectivas teóricas: o específico feminino; o mito; a
linguagem poética; e o amor. / Although Marina Colasanti (1937) is considered by the critics as one of the exponents of Brazilian
children and youthful literature, and having her production, in this segment, published
since the outset 1980s until this moment, still is very unsystematic the study of literary criticism
on the writer's work. This work takes as object a significant sample of academic production
about the literary production of the writer, leaning on dissertations and on theses that analyze
the Children's and the youthful work of Marina Colasanti, as those that turn to literary
texts that have been priority addressed to adult readers, considering that, sometimes, these two
literary universes are shown merged. Twenty academic papers constitute the corpus of this
work, it has been identified through the database Capes and the query at physical and virtual
libraries of various universities. From a methodological point of view, the corpus received a
homogeneous treatment for data collection, have been subjected to a grid (or "chart") compose
of 15 different categories that guided the study of each thesis or dissertation. That systematic
analysis propitiated, as research results, concludes in a kind of balance on the critical
fortune, being possible sight four main topics that concern to the critical studies on the work
of Marina Colasanti, according to different theoretical perspectives: the female specific; the

Previous issue date: 2016-03-23 / The text brings the analysis of aspects of the literary discourse as the processes of
construction of the scenes and the magical universe, in which the narratives of
Marina Colasanti are realized, having as it shows the tales of the works Doze reis e a
moca no labirinto do vento (2006): "The woman ramada", Uma ideia toda azul
(2006): "Beyond the frame", "Between the leaves of green ó" and "Yarn after yarn".
The general and specific objectives are to highlight and distinguish the
encompassing and generic scenes present in the narratives, to identify the nature of
the verbal sign in its relation to the nonverbal sign, and to analyze intertext
resources, paratext, among others, as an artistic procedure. The narrative plans are
approached, in which the characters are realized mimically, starting from the initial
assumption formulated by Dominique Maingueneau. Non-verbal language is an
invitation to read verbal language and vice versa. Both are associated with the signs
that are constructed through the textual writing: loom and fabric. They can be seen
now either explicitly or implicitly, and put in the service of a power that is realized by
the act of reading. Thus, in the narrative text, there are traces of a speech in which
the text is staged.
labirinto do vento (2006): “A mulher ramada”, Uma ideia toda azul (2006): “Além do
Dominique Maingueneau.
encenado.
