The preparation of materials for new routles can lead to the discovery of new distinct morphological characteristics which may interact and change the properties of these materials, because new chemical routes for preaparation and processing may result in a reduction in the temperature and processing time compared other methods. In this work, lead molybdate (PbMoO4) was synthesized by coprecipitation method and processed at different temperature and processing time compared other methods. In this work, lead molydate (PbMoO4) was synthesized by coprecipitation method and processed at different temperatures via the hydrothermal method. The structure of the material was investigated by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. Their photoluminescent properties were analyzed for diferent processing conditions employed. The micro structural and morphological analyses of these powders were performed using the techniques of field emission gun scanning electronic microscopy and by transmission electronic microscopy, at the end, was evaluated their optical an photocatalysis properties
