No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2015-11-26 / In Fortaleza specifically in 1933, a physician specializing in diseases of the nerves exposes her familiarity to the Freudian topics and publishes a text that points us to the way psychoanalysis if entered in the capital of Ceará before the advent of the psychoanalytic movement official in the city. Rooted with the concept of a scientific technique from medical psychotherapy, psychoanalysis would offer subsidies to an understanding of mental illness at the same step that built a possibility of intervention about the deep psychology. This research uses the timeframe of decades of 1900 to 1930 as space as possible to present the insertion modes of psychoanalytic ideas in Fortaleza from national circulation in the Middle doctor. In this space we stress the educational network and transmission of Juliano Moreira and Antônio Austregésilo as agents that made conditions on the opening of a clinician specialized in diseases of the nerves in the Cearense capital in 1933, by doctor Jurandir Shrike. It is a historiographical research, of Archivist, with a bibliographical research focused on research in history of knowledge psi. We believe that psychoanalysis if entered in the medical practices of Fortaleza in the 1930, especially linked to a strategy/resource instrumentalizava the understanding of the nuances and the imbalances in the psychic life of patients. Fortaleza. / Em Fortaleza especificamente em 1933, um médico especializado nas doenças dos nervos expõe sua familiaridade aos temas freudianos e publica um texto que nos aponta para o modo que a psicanálise se inseriu na capital cearense antes do surgimento oficial dos movimentos psicanalíticos da cidade. Arraigado ao conceito de uma técnica científica proveniente da psicoterapia médica, a psicanálise ofereceria subsídios para um entendimento do adoecimento mental, ao mesmo passo que construía uma possibilidade de intervenção sobre a psicologia profunda. Esta investigação se utiliza do recorte temporal das décadas de 1900 a 1930 como espaço possível para apresentar os modos de inserção das ideias psicanalíticas em Fortaleza a partir da circulação nacional no meio médico. Nesse espaço destacamos a rede de ensino e transmissão de Juliano Moreira e Antônio Austregésilo como agentes que possibilitaram condições à abertura de um fazer clínico especializado nas doenças dos nervos na capital Cearense em 1933, pelo médico Jurandir Picanço. Trata-se de uma pesquisa historiográfica, de cunho arquivista, somada a uma pesquisa bibliográfica voltada a investigação na história dos saberes psi. Consideramos que a psicanálise se inseriu nas práticas médicas de Fortaleza na década de 1930, especialmente vinculada a uma estratégia/recurso que instrumentalizava o entendimento das nuances mentais e os desequilíbrios da vida psíquica dos doentes dos nervos. Inserimos ainda, a possibilidade de que a psicoterapia teria servido como veículo para uma melhor aceitação das práticas e preceitos psicanalíticos no meio médico cearense. Exercised as analytical, methodological research strategy carried out observations, questionnaires, participants reading of texts, documents, pamphlets, booklets, theses, menus, plans, projects, sites, blogs, organizing committees, public interventions, artistic and cultural performances, virtual pages, bills, and imagery records and sound production. Follow extension projects, University radios, multidisciplinary courses, classrooms, Councils meetings, forums, conferences, State and national meetings, polls and virtual mappings of the activity of members of the leagues and the main student bodies that, at national level, thematic, participate and problematize the structure and function of these forms of academic and University Association. Try to draw the institutional space, curriculum, social, educational, historical, political, economic, cultural and environmental exercised by the Leagues that operate on the tripod of education, cannot be separated from research and extension from the use of social networks of communication. The theoretical axis of the search from a few moments proposed by Michel Foucault, Georges Canguilhem, Gabriel Tarde, Bruno Latour, Pedro Nava, Howard Becker combined with the personal and institutional production of medical students, members of academic and alloys of institutions and student bodies. Browsing through these rivers epistemic scanned the Rapids, cliffs, gorges, canyons, Islands and creeks that cross the atmosphere of medical fields in its various levels and modulations of chapter form. Segmenting the immanent plans of this analysis highlight the history of medical education, the medical academic leagues, the body, gender and violence, knowledge and current powers, and ancestors, the narratives, student movements, associations and international entities that carried over in this scenario, the stories, memories and digital cultural practices of students, teachers and public and private officials who worked in the medical field in the period between the , the Republic and the current time of the new Republic in which it is implementing more curricular reform of medical education, this being implemented by December 2018. The analysis of the relationship between the medical education, social policies and the labour market back to future doctors closed the discussion of the penultimate and final chapter of our investigation and this proposal for questioning. / Essa investigação problematiza o papel das ligas acadêmicas de medicina no processo de formação acadêmica e universitária do estudante de medicina. Exercitada como dispositivo-analítico, a estratégia metodológica da pesquisa realizou observações participantes, questionários, leitura de textos, documentos, panfletos, cartilhas, teses, ementas, planos, projetos pedagógicos, sites, blogs, comissões organizadoras, intervenções públicas, performances artísticas e culturais, páginas virtuais, projetos de lei, produção e registros imagéticos e sonoros. Acompanhamos projetos de extensão, rádios universitárias, cursos multidisciplinares, salas de aula, reuniões colegiadas, fóruns, congressos, encontros estaduais e nacionais, sondagens e mapeamentos virtuais da atividade de membros das ligas e das principais entidades estudantis que, a nível nacional, tematizam, participam e problematizam a estrutura e a função dessas formas de associação acadêmica e universitária. Tentamos desenhar o espaço institucional, curricular, social, educacional, histórico, político, econômico, ambiental e cultural exercitado pelas Ligas que atuam no tripé indissociável do ensino, da pesquisa e da extensão a partir do uso das redes sociais de comunicação. O eixo teórico da pesquisa se deu a partir de alguns momentos propostos por Michel Foucault, Georges Canguilhem, Gabriel Tarde, Bruno Latour, Pedro Nava, Howard Becker aliada à produção pessoal e institucional de estudantes de medicina, membros de ligas acadêmicas e de instituições e entidades estudantis. Navegando por entre esses rios epistêmicos sondamos as corredeiras, penhascos, desfiladeiros, cânions, ilhas e igarapés que atravessam a atmosfera dos campos médicos em seus mais diversos níveis e modulações de forma capitular. Segmentando os planos imanentes dessa análise destacamos a história da educação médica, as ligas acadêmicas de medicina, o corpo, o gênero e a violências, os saberes e poderes atuais, virtuais e ancestrais, as narrativas, os movimentos estudantis, as associações brasileiras e entidades internacionais que transitam nesse cenário estudantil, as histórias, as memórias e as práticas culturais digitais de estudantes, professores e funcionários públicos e privados que atuaram no campo médico no período compreendido entre o Império, a República e o atual momento da Nova República em que se está implementando mais uma reforma curricular do ensino médico, essa a ser implementada até Dezembro de 2018. A análise das relações entre a educação médica, as políticas sociais e o mercado de trabalho voltado aos futuros médicos encerram a discussão do penúltimo e último capítulo de nossa investigação e dessa proposta de problematização.
