Atualmente no Brasil a utilização de perfis metálicos em fundações profundas vem aumentando consideravelmente. A produção padronizada de acordo com normas específicas recentes tem influência direta nessa mudança de cenário, visto que o uso de
perfis metálicos apresenta algumas vantagens quando comparado com outros tipos de estacas para certas características de subsolo. A NBR 6122:2010 - Projeto e Execução de Fundações recomenda que o sistema de transferência dos esforços (de compressão, horizontais, de tração e momento) do bloco de coroamento para as estacas metálicas
deve ser estudado e detalhado juntamente com o projetista da estrutura. O tipo de ligação pode ser por chapas, fretagem ou através de vergalhões soldados com a finalidade de efetuar transferência de esforços por aderência. O modelo de bielas e tirantes pode ser utilizado para o dimensionamento do bloco sobre estacas. Onde admite que a carga recebida pelo bloco originária do pilar é transmitida internamente até as estacas por elementos de concreto comprimidos delimitados pelos caminhos das tensões principais de compressão. Levando em conta que a seção transversal de um perfil
metálico possui pequena área quando comparado com os demais tipos de estacas a solução de ligação por contato direto pode resultar em elevadas tensões entre os materiais envolvidos na ligação. Com o objetivo de analisar o comportamento dessa ligação, foram modelados através de elementos finitos, dois blocos sobre quatro estacas
metálicas com ligações através do uso de chapas auxiliares sobre as estacas do bloco 1 e por contato direto das estacas no bloco 2, além do cálculo de um modelo pelo método analítico. Os resultados obtidos mostram a viabilidade na segurança estrutural no uso da ligação de perfis metálicos com bloco de coroamento em concreto armado por contato direto, ao menos para os modelos adotados, e sua compatibilização com o modelo de bielas e tirantes utilizados no dimensionamento estrutural de blocos. / Currently in Brazil the use of metal profiles in deep foundations is increasing considerably. The standardized production according to recent specific rules has a direct influence on this change scenario, since the use of metal profiles has some advantages when compared to other types of cuttings for certain subsurface features. The NBR
6122: 2010 - Design and Execution of Foundations recommends that the stress transfer system (compression, horizon, traction and momentum) of the crowning block for the metal stations should be studied and detailed together with the designer of the structure.

associated to the executive project planning in order to provide systems which are
exposed to external conditions. The aim of this research was to present a
methodological proposal for the design of masonry veneer systems for steel structure of institutional buildings which present high performance regarding durability. In order to
execute this proposal, the performance of the veneer system of four institutional
buildings at UFV campus was evaluated through building pathologies examination.
Buildings which presented variations on the type of connections between masonry and
structure, the type of masonry veneer and the type of façades finishes were surveyed.
Then, the designed information was confronted with the construction method applied
for the masonry veneer details. The confrontation was used to develop sequential
procedures to assist the development of a masonry veneer design which aims to prevent pathologies in steel structure. Finally, two building projects were developed using the proposed methodology in a practical design process. / O desempenho de edifícios quanto à durabilidade está relacionado com a
previsibilidade dos projetos executivos em planejar sistemas com vistas à condição de exposição ambiental a qual os mesmos estarão submetidos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi desenvolver uma proposta metodológica para o projeto de sistemas de fechamento em alvenaria para edifícios institucionais com estrutura de aço, que proporcione um bom desempenho quanto à durabilidade da estrutura e do fechamento. Para subsidiar esta proposta metodológica, avaliou-se o desempenho dos sistemas de fechamento de quatro edifícios institucionais construídos no Campus de Viçosa da Universidade Federal de Viçosa por meio da vistoria técnica de suas manifestações patológicas. Buscaram-se edifícios que apresentassem variações no tipo de fechamento, no tipo de ligações alvenaria-estrutura e no tratamento dado às fachadas. Avaliaram-se as informações de projeto destes edifícios e a eficácia dos detalhes arquitetônicos produzidos. Com base nestas informações, determinou-se a qualidade das práticas de projeto e produziu-se uma seqüência de procedimentos para o desenvolvimento de projetos de sistema de
fechamento em alvenaria com vistas à prevenção do surgimento de manifestações
patológicas. Para fins de teste demonstrou-se, por meio de dois casos de projetos de
sistemas de fechamento, a aplicação desta proposta metodológica.

This master thesis deals with design of a load-bearing steel structure, i tis located in ZOO Zlín areal. The building serves as a glasshouse. It is a single-storey building with circle plan, 39,04 m diameter and 15,63 m height. Space construction follows spherical cap of a sphere with diameter 40 m. Variant A building is design as a fuller dome. Variant B building consists of hexagons, which are getting smaller with height, at the upper part is the hexagonal geometry cancelled and geometry made from triangles follows. This thesis contains design of a pedestrian bridge, which carries all technical loads. The thesis contains static report of the beams a design of main joints.

This final qualification work is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of our own production and industrial outsourcing using the example of OOO Metallpromiks, and also presents the development directions and their economic feasibility. Graduation work consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter discusses the forms, types of outsourcing, the positive and negative sides, as well as the scope and risks associated with it. In the 2nd chapter, an analysis of financial and economic activities and product mix of OOO Metallpromiks is carried out. In the 3rd chapter, measures are developed to increase the efficiency of the enterprise’s development and the calculation is made using the example of OOO Metallpromiks. The work contains 81 pages, 18 tables, 30 figures, the list of sources used consists of 30 points. / Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена оценки эффективности собственного производства и промышленного аутсорсинга на примере ООО «Металлпромикс», а также представлены направления развития и их экономическая обоснованность. Выпускная работа состоит из 3 глав. В 1-й главе рассмотрены формы, виды аутсорсинга, положительные и отрицательные стороны, а также сферы применения и риски с ним связанные. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и товарного ассортимента ООО «Металлпромикс».
