Зачастую переход на аутсорсинг в компаниях происходит лишь как попытка угнаться за современными тенденциями. Но по факту, его применение не целесообразно для внедрения в данной компании. В связи с чем возникают проблемы в финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, вызванные необдуманным решением о переходе. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретико-методических основ оценки целесообразности перевода бухгалтерского учета на аутсорсинг в коммерческих организациях. В работе рассматриваются теоретические основы аутсорсинга бухгалтерского учета и целесообразность его применения в коммерческих организациях. В магистерской диссертации сформирована методика определения целесообразности перевода бухгалтерского учета на аутсорсинг, основанная на реализации определенной последовательности этапов, которые учитывают накопленный опыт в области организации передачи бухгалтерского учета на аутсорсинг в коммерческих компаниях, недостатки и достоинства уже существующих методик, а также надежность показателей, рассчитываемых при передаче бухгалтерии на аутсорсинг, что позволит в полной мере учесть все экономические, организационные и управленческие моменты передачи бухгалтерии на аутсорсинг, определить эффективность данного мероприятия, а также выделить направления дальнейшего контроля над процессом аутсорсинга бухгалтерских услуг, предоставляемых сторонними организациями. / Often, the transition to outsourcing in companies occurs only as an attempt to keep up with current trends. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the feasibility of transferring accounting to outsourcing in commercial organizations. The paper discusses the theoretical foundations of accounting outsourcing and the feasibility of its application in commercial organizations. In the master's thesis, a methodology for determining the feasibility of transferring accounting to outsourcing was formed, based on the implementation of a certain sequence of stages that take into account the accumulated experience in organizing the transfer of accounting to outsourcing in commercial companies, the disadvantages and advantages of existing methods, as well as the reliability of indicators calculated when transfer of accounting to outsourcing, which will fully take into account all the economic, organizational and managerial aspects of outsourcing accounting, determine the effectiveness of this event, and also highlight areas for further control over the process of outsourcing accounting services provided by third-party organizations.

В России аутсорсинг является хотя и динамично развивающимся видом услуг, но в тоже время относительно новым. Перед отечественным рынком аутсорсинга стоит множество задач, включая формирование новой индустрии и профессии, подготовку профессиональных кадров аутсорсинга, разработку индустриальных стандартов. Руководители организаций с подозрением относятся к перспективе отказаться от реализации ряда обеспечивающих процессов, передать их на откуп сторонней организации. Таким образом, Цель исследования – проанализировать отношение организаций к использованию аутсорсинга в деловой практике на примере крупных промышленных компаний Уральского и других регионов России, а также в системе высшего образования (методом сравнительного анализа). Актуальность исследования усиливается ее практической направленностью. Материалы работы могут быть использованы в последующих научных исследованиях эффективности функционирования сферы аутсорсинговых услуг на рынке труда и подготовке рекомендаций для руководителей и сотрудников организаций, необходимых в рамках практического применения механизма аутсорсинга. Анализ эмпирического материала, полученного с помощью метода анкетного опроса в ходе изучения мнений организаций (на примере Уральского рынка труда и УрФУ) об эффективности использования аутсорсинга, показал, что отношение руководителей и персонала к этому механизму настороженное из-за наличия рисков, связанных с финансовыми, юридическими и психологическими аспектами в его применении для решения бизнес-задач организации. / In Russia, outsourcing is a dynamically developing type of service, but at the same time it is relatively new. The domestic outsourcing market faces many challenges, including forming a new industry and profession, training professional outsourcing personnel, and developing industry standards. Managers of organizations are suspicious of the prospect of abandoning the implementation of a number of supporting processes and transferring them to a third-party organization. Thus, the purpose of the study is to analyze the attitude of organizations to the use of outsourcing in business practice on the example of large industrial companies in the Ural and other regions of Russia, as well as in the higher education system (by comparative analysis). The relevance of the research is enhanced by its practical orientation. The materials of this work can be used in subsequent research on the effectiveness of the sphere of outsourcing services in the labor market and the preparation of recommendations for managers and employees of organizations that are necessary for the practical application of the outsourcing mechanism. The analysis of empirical material obtained using the questionnaire method in the course of studying the opinions of organizations (for example, the Ural labor market and Urfu) on the effectiveness of outsourcing showed that the attitude of managers and staff to this mechanism is cautious due to the presence of risks associated with financial, legal and psychological aspects in its application to solve business problems of the organization.

Рассмотрено применение аутсорсинга в современной мировой экономике, отражено понятие аутсорсинга и его основных характеристик. Рассмотрены области и сферы применения аутсорсинга в отрасли водопроводно – канализационного хозяйства. Отражена основная информация о деятельности МУП «Водоканал», в том числе общая характеристика, анализ финансового состояния предприятия. Выявлены основные проблемы ремонта сетей водоснабжения и водоотведения, а также определены сферы деятельности предприятия для возможности передачи их на аутсорсинг. Проведена технико-экономическая оценка передачи на аутсорсинг профильного и непрофильного вида деятельности предприятия. Рассмотрены инструменты для реализации предложенного проекта. / The application of outsourcing in the modern world economy is considered, the concept of outsourcing and its main characteristics is reflected. Areas and areas of application of outsourcing in the branch of water supply and sewerage are considered. The main information on the activities of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal is reflected, including the general characteristics, analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. The main problems of repairing water supply and drainage networks were identified, as well as the areas of activity of the enterprise for the possibility of transferring them to outsourcing. Technical and economic evaluation of outsourcing of the specialized and non-core activity of the enterprise was carried out. The tools for implementation of the proposed project are considered.

This final qualification work is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of our own production and industrial outsourcing using the example of OOO Metallpromiks, and also presents the development directions and their economic feasibility. Graduation work consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter discusses the forms, types of outsourcing, the positive and negative sides, as well as the scope and risks associated with it. In the 2nd chapter, an analysis of financial and economic activities and product mix of OOO Metallpromiks is carried out. In the 3rd chapter, measures are developed to increase the efficiency of the enterprise’s development and the calculation is made using the example of OOO Metallpromiks. Выпускная работа состоит из 3 глав. В 1-й главе рассмотрены формы, виды аутсорсинга, положительные и отрицательные стороны, а также сферы применения и риски с ним связанные. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и товарного ассортимента ООО «Металлпромикс». В 3-й главе разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности развития предприятия и произведён расчёт на примере ООО «Металлпромикс». Одной из наиболее важных проблем в деятельности аутсорсинговых компании является проблема формирования эффективной системы управления, которая бы реагировала на изменения внутренней и внешней среды компании. В настоящее время исследованию данного вопроса посвящено достаточно трудов. Но, несмотря на это, ряд вопросов, связанных с организационно-экономическим механизмом создания и функционирования системы управления, до сих пор остаются не решенными. Невозможно управлять тем, что нельзя достоверно оценить, это общеизвестный факт. Это и определяет актуальность исследования. Определение стратегии развития управления деятельностью предприятия происходит во время перехода из прогнозирования в планирование. Прогноз развития компании, области, страны – это разнообразие вариантов сценариев развития. Определение сценария – это и есть выбор стратегии. Цель исследования: разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию методики анализа эффективности управления деятельностью аутсорсинговых компаний в России. Purpose of the study: development of recommendations for improving the methodology for analyzing the effectiveness of managing the activities of outsourcing companies in Russia. The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis can be determined primarily by the fact that it is impossible to ensure the economic stability of an organization if it is financially unstable.

Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ повышения функционирования предприятия на основе внедрения event-маркетинга. В работе рассматриваются методические особенности оценки эффективности event-маркетинга, современные тенденции и возможности повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий с помощью организации специальных мероприятий. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература и нормативно-правовые акты. В магистерской диссертации был предложен методический подход к повышению эффективности функционирования промышленных предприятий, основанный на предложенном алгоритме внедрения event-маркетинга и сформированной системе показателей его эффективности, а также экономическом обосновании проведения event-мероприятий, включающем выбор приоритетного варианта между аутсорсингом и инсорсингом с переносом части текущих расходов на долгосрочные амортизационные отчисления НМА, что позволит внести вклад в повышение эффективности деятельности предприятий. / Traditional direct advertising loses its effectiveness over time, in this regard, companies are looking for non-standard and creative ways to promote, one of which is event marketing. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological basis for improving the functioning of an enterprise through the implementation of event marketing. The paper discusses the methodological features of assessing the effectiveness of event marketing, current trends and opportunities to increase the competitiveness of enterprises through the organization of special events. Scientific research and methodological literature and regulatory legal acts were used as sources. In the master's thesis, a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of the functioning of industrial enterprises was proposed, based on the proposed algorithm for implementing event marketing and the formed system of indicators of its effectiveness, as well as the economic justification for holding event events, including the choice of a priority option between outsourcing and insourcing with the transfer of part of the current expenses for long-term depreciation deductions of intangible assets, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of enterprises.

The foreign economic activity of enterprises producing precious metals, in fact, determines their economic and social development. The company must organize its foreign economic activity in such a way as to ensure maximum income, as well as choose the most optimal solution for maintaining the effectiveness of foreign economic activity. In the first chapter, the conceptual framework and the interpretation of the basic essential categories of foreign economic activity. FEA is a commercial activity of business entities related to their participation in international economic relations. The analysis of foreign economic activity in the second chapter led to the conclusion that, in general, there is a negative downward trend in revenues from the export of goods, while the level of transportation costs increases. Revenue growth can be achieved both by reducing transportation costs and by reducing management costs. So, increasing the efficiency of foreign economic activity of JSC “EZ OCM” can be achieved by introducing outsourcing of all logistics. The paper proposes an algorithm for improving the foreign economic activity of an enterprise, based on a factor analysis of sales profitability, differing by the influence of the external market, which allows to increase the effectiveness of management decisions and foreign economic activity in general. / Внешнеэкономическая деятельность предприятий по производству драгоценных металлов, фактически, определяет их экономическое и социальное развитие. Предприятие должно организовывать свою внешнеэкономическую деятельность таким образом, чтобы обеспечить получение максимального дохода, а так же выбрать наиболее оптимальное решение поддержания эффективности ВЭД. В первой главе рассмотрены понятийные основы и толкование базовых сущностных категорий внешнеэкономической деятельности. ВЭД – это деятельность, связанная с их участием в международных экономических отношениях. Анализ внешнеэкономической деятельности во второй главе позволил сделать вывод о том, что в целом наблюдается отрицательная тенденция снижения доходов от экспорта товаров, при этом возрастает уровень транспортных расходов. Рост выручки может быть обеспечен как за счет снижения затрат на транспортировку, так и за счет снижения управленческих затрат. Итак, повышение эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности АО «ЕЗ ОЦМ» может быть достигнуто введением аутсорсинга всей логистики. В работе предложен алгоритм совершенствования внешнеэкономической деятельности предприятия, базирующийся на факторном анализе рентабельности продаж, отличающийся учетом влияния внешнего рынка, позволяющий повысить эффективность принимаемых управленческих решений и внешнеэкономической деятельности в целом.
