Vyhodnocení životních projevů a welfare dojnic na farmě hospodařící v režimu ekologického zemědělství

Hrbáčová, Zdeňka January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the thesis titled Evaluation of expressions of life and welfare of dairy cows on the farm operated in organic farming was to evaluate the effect of stable on the occurrence and frequency of basic daily activities dairy cows. The evaluation was carried out on an organic farm in the district Pelhřimov in the Czech Republic, where was bred cattle with dairy production, namely Czech fleckvieh, Holstein along with hybrids of these breeds and crossbreeds of Czech fleckvieh and Ayrshire. Ethological observations conducted at fifteen-minute intervals. In this observation activities were monitored as resting, feeding, watering, defecation, urination, comfort behavior, play, speech rut and observing the surroundings. There has been observed that most of the time they spend on pasture cows grazing on average 55 % of the time. The observation results were evaluated statistically significant difference between feedings in the stable and pasture. In the stable, this activity devoted an average of 10,8 +- 3,78 cows in the pasture while the number of dairy cows is higher, 22,16 +- 10,85 animals. Conversely, in the stable with the cows most devoted rest, which was involved in about 45 % of the total time per day. In the stable difference was observed between the morning and afternoon rest. The morning was devoted to this activity 14,17 +- 3,85 animals, while the rest of the afternoon was observed at 15,5 +- 3,48 cows.

Vliv mikroklimatu a půdních vlastností na výskyt listových patogenů ječmene v zemědělském podniku

Stošek, Lukáš January 2016 (has links)
Diploma thesis is aimed at influence of microclimate and soil properties on occurrence of the barley leaf plant pathogens. The attention is devoted to parasitic fungi of barley Pyrenophora teres, Pyrenophora graminearum, Ramularia collo cygni and Rhynchosporium secalis. The early determination of plant disease leads to possibilities of control and in this way to keep harmful agent under economic damage threshold. The evaluation of occurrence of fungal pathogens on three localities with different microclimate and soil properties comprises the part of my work. Three barley varieties Malz, Francin and Bojos were evaluated and compared from the point of view of susceptibility to fungal pathogens, subsequently. The evaluation was carried out on the farm HESAKO s.r.o Velké Heraltice in Moravian Silesian Region. The occurrence and development of particular pathogens was under economic damage threshold in the year 2015 in dependence of variety resistance, good plant disease practices and course of the weather.

Fenologie lesních dřevin v měnících se podmínkách prostředí s ohledem na výškový gradient

Vránová, Kristýna January 2018 (has links)
This thesis if focused to assessment of phenological characteristics of European beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) and European larch (Larix decidua Mill.). The observation was performed in two mixed forests of the same age situated at different altitudes 300 and 600 meters, respectively. Main meteorological variables were measured on both sites in order to describe the mezoclimate of the site. Observation of phenological phases was conducted in regular intervals twice a week. The results of the study confirm the strong dependence on both air and soil temperature. Collected data show the importance of temperature at the end of winter and early spring. Starting time of spring phenological phases depends on reaching of species specific temperature limits. The highest variability among individual years shows the time of beginning of budbreak. The temperature increase results in earlier beginning of spring phenological phases as well as shortening of their duration. For similar reason, also autumnal phenological phases are shifted towards the winter time. This fact causes longer vegetation period at the expense of winter dormancy.

Analýza působení mikroklimatu ve stáji na produkci, reprodukci a chování dojnic holštýnského skotu ve vybraném chovu

Zavadilová, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to elaborate a literary review on the topic: Analysis of microclimate effect in stable on production, reproduction and behaviour of the dairy cows of the Holstein cattle at the selected breeding. The practical part took part in ZD Hříšice, where in 2018 yearly measurements of temperatures and relative air humidity were performed using the Onset Hobo sensor. The AfiFarm system recorded daily milk yields from 355 Holstein dairy cows; performance control data were used as well. February was the coldest month with an average temperature of 5.42 °C. August was the warmest month with an average temperature 21.35 °C, simultaneously the lowest average relative humidity of 59.85 % was measured. In the production group of high-yielding dairy cows, which achieved an average milk yield of 35.6 kg, the average daily milk yield decreased by 3 kg in August. For a group of less production with an average daily production of 23 kg, production decreased by 2.3 kg. In August, the insemination index was 5.1 for cows and 2.4 for heifers. The results obtained from pedometers of dairy cows recorded the highest physical activity in July, it can therefore be assumed that they were lying less.

Vliv vlhkosti vzduchu a půdy na rozvoj vybraných patogenů řepky

Nečasová, Aneta January 2017 (has links)
The thesis focuses on monitoring and appraisal of colza vegetation microclimate. Humidity and soil moisture were measured. It was monitored if colza was infested by selected pathogens which are related to humidity and soil moisture. Recorded figures were compared with figures recorded at a standard weather station situated near the monitored rape vegetation. Maps showing vertical stratification of humidity in whole vegetation profile were created. Using regressive analysis equations of relation between humidity in vegetation and at the weather station were created. It was found out that weather influences the pathogen development. It was proved that predication only by "petal test" is inaccurate, so it is good to do it together with the microclimate monitoring.

Annahof / Annahof

Buganská, Petra January 2016 (has links)
Anenský Court has more historical layers. When looking at the half-collapsed brick arch and remnants of walls, we can feel the nostalgia. Concrete silos remind time not so long ago. Today, all overgrown with bushes. What man left, takes nature. Nothing remains constant. As a former farm yard, which currently lacks a feature? The lives of the former inhabitants of Justice are long odžity a nostalgic return to the past times do not provide a basis. Presence is rapidly becoming a thing of the past and nothing remains constant. Ruins ANNAHOF slowly disintegrate, disappear one historic layer. The new layer but has already begun to create. Future is quickly becoming the present and nothing remains constant. Constant change is a fundamental characteristic ANNAHOF, as well as any other place in the world. It gives us the challenge to innovation, as opposed to nostalgia. Adaptation to changing environmental conditions is a prerequisite for survival. In the past, human survival depended entirely on natural conditions - people turned to God to ask for a good harvest. Today, we can predict the weather and the soil fertility is largely influenced. Our survival still depends on the same natural conditions. Instead we wayside chapels and build weather stations and invest in research. In ANNAHOF it decided to propose a station for research into climate change with a visitor's center, which could be felt through microclimates global warming "on your own". The whole house is basically built around four outdoor microclimates., In which it can be accessed. The shape of the building and its position in the field is therefore directly result in the formation of microclimates. The structural system is a wall, even using concrete material. I chose it for its possibilities of shaping and visual quality. Quantity retaining walls, landscaping required for the creation of microclimates is used as efficiently as possible at the same time as the walls of the building. Of the existing structures is to use one concrete silo, and a support pole for measuring towers. Lattice structure of the mast is secured with ropes anchored to the concrete silo. On measuring tower are located automatic measuring devices. The main area of my proposal is a gallery exhibition space. There should be a visitor center acquainted with the problems of climate change and from this space ramps can reach all four outdoor microclimates. The gallery is lit by a skylight above the one hand and also tracked through the window, which runs almost around the perimeter, and that desert light through the supporting structure of steel truss grid in the interior. Operationally in the building blends function research / workplace for scientists and their background and / public / gallery microclimates and facilities for visitors. Both functions can then serve multipurpose hall. The proposal also includes necessary facilities for maintenance of outdoor spaces and buildings, as well as an apartment manager.
