Along with the development of that outsourcing, a new model named Cloud Computing (CC) evolved. It proposes to migrate to the Internet both data processing and information storing. Among the key points of Cloud Computing are included cost-cutting, benefits, risks and the IT paradigms changes. Nonetheless, the adoption of that model brings forth some difficulties to decision-making, by IT managers, mainly with regard to which solutions may go to the cloud, and which service providers are more appropriate to the Organization s reality. The research has as its overall aim to apply the AHP Method (Analytic Hierarchic Process) to decision-making in Cloud Computing. There to, the utilized methodology was the exploratory kind and a study of case applied to a nationwide organization (Federation of Industries of RN). The data collection was performed through two structured questionnaires answered electronically by IT technicians, and the company s Board of Directors. The analysis of the data was carried out in a qualitative and comparative way, and we utilized the software to AHP method called Web-Hipre. The results we obtained found the importance of applying the AHP method in decision-making towards the adoption of Cloud Computing, mainly because on the occasion the research was carried out the studied company already showed interest and necessity in adopting CC, considering the internal problems with infrastructure and availability of information that the company faces nowadays. The organization sought to adopt CC, however, it had doubt regarding the cloud model and which service provider would better meet their real necessities. The application of the AHP, then, worked as a guiding tool to the choice of the best alternative, which points out the Hybrid Cloud as the ideal choice to start off in Cloud Computing. Considering the following aspects: the layer of Infrastructure as a Service IaaS (Processing and Storage) must stay partly on the Public Cloud and partly in the Private Cloud; the layer of Platform as a Service PaaS (Software Developing and Testing) had preference for the Private Cloud, and the layer of Software as a Service - SaaS (Emails/Applications) divided into emails to the Public Cloud and applications to the Private Cloud. Com o amadurecimento dessa terceiriza??o, desenvolveu-se um novo modelo denominado Cloud Computing (Computa??o em Nuvem, CN), que prop?e migrar para a Internet tanto o processamento de dados, quanto o armazenamento de informa??es. Dentre os pontos chaves da Computa??o em Nuvem, se incluem redu??o de custos, benef?cios, riscos e as mudan?as de paradigmas da TI. Entretanto, a ado??o desse modelo gera algumas dificuldades na tomada de decis?o, por parte dos gestores de TI, sobretudo, nos que se refere ? quais solu??es poder?o ir para a nuvem, e quais prestadores de servi?os mais se ad?quam ? realidade da Organiza??o. A pesquisa tem como objetivo geral, aplicar o M?todo AHP (Analytic Hierarchic Process), conhecido como M?todo de An?lise Hier?rquica , para tomada de decis?o em Computa??o em Nuvem na Federa??o das Ind?strias do Rio Grande do Norte FIERN. Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada foi do tipo explorat?ria e um estudo de caso aplicado em uma organiza??o de ?mbito nacional. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de dois question?rios estruturados aplicados eletronicamente junto aos t?cnicos de TI, e diretoria da empresa. A an?lise dos dados foi realizada de forma qualitativa e comparativa, e utilizou-se o software para o m?todo AHP denominado Web-Hipre . Os resultados obtidos constataram a import?ncia da aplica??o do m?todo AHP na tomada de decis?o para ado??o da Computa??o em Nuvem, principalmente, porque na ocasi?o em que se aplicava a pesquisa, a organiza??o estudada j? apontava o interesse e a necessidade em adotar a CN, tendo em vista os problemas internos com a infraestrutura e a disponibilidade das informa??es que a mesma enfrenta nos dias atuais. A organiza??o buscava adotar a CN, no entanto, tinha d?vidas quanto ao modelo de nuvem e qual o provedor de servi?os melhor atenderia ?s suas reais necessidades. A aplica??o do AHP ent?o serviu como ferramenta direcionadora para a escolha da melhor alternativa, na qual, aponta a Nuvem H?brida como sendo o modelo ideal para se iniciar na Computa??o em Nuvem, considerando-se os seguintes aspectos: A camada de Infraestrutura como Servi?os-IaaS (Processamento e Armazenamento), deve ficar parte da Nuvem P?blica e parte na Nuvem Privada; a camada de Plataforma como Servi?os-PaaS (Desenvolvimento e Teste de Softwares) teve prefer?ncia para a Nuvem Privada, e a camada de Software como Servi?os-SaaS (E-mails/Aplicativos) dividiu-se em e-mails para a Nuvem Publica e os Aplicativos para a Nuvem Privada.
