A primary focus of the semiconductor industry is the miniaturisation of active devices. This work shows an experimental approach to fabricate small three-terminal devices suitable for the characterisation of single molecules. The nanoelectrodes are fabricated by high resolution electron-beam lithography and electromigration. First measurements on buckyball and pentaphenylene molecules are presented. / Ein Fokus der Halbleiterindustrie liegt auf der Verkleinerung der aktiven Bauelemente. Diese Arbeit zeigt ein experimentelles Verfahren sehr kleine dreipolige Bauteile herzustellen, welche sich zur Charakterisierung von einzelnen Molekülen eignen. Die Nanostrukturen werden über hochauflösende Elektronenstrahllithografie und Elektromigration hergestellt. Erste Messungen an Buckyball-Molekülen und Pentaphenylen-Molekülen werden gezeigt.
