A la question existent-ils des mouvements sociaux transnationaux, des auteurs en sciences sociales proposent tout en éventail de réponses, dont la problématique qui pose le phénomène de la "mondialisation" rend cette étude particulièrement complexe. L'émergence des mouvements contre la "mondialisation" néo-libérale, est l'un des faits politiques et sociaux le plus important et novateur de la fin du XXe et du début du XXIe siècle à l'échelle internationale. Les mouvements "altermondialistes" ont été capables de faire avancer le débat collectif et de coordonner des actions internationales de protestation, avec une grande répercussion dans l'opinion publique internationale. Dans ce travail nous analysons le développement des dynamiques médiatiques collectives, en prenant comme exemple le cas de l'association ATTAC-54. Nous cherchons à illustrer la façon dont les militants "altermondialistes" ont créé un espace de discussion qui dépasse les frontières nationales, ayant comme conséquence l'émergence d'une société civile internationale / The question, are there transnational social movements, find some answers from authors on social scientists, who propose a large range of responses. One of this raises the phenomenon of "globalization" that make this study particularly complex. The emergence of the movements against the neo-liberal "globalization", is one of the most important and most innovative political and social facts of the end of the XXth and of the beginning of the XXIth century on a international scale. The movements "anti-globalization" were capable of advancing the collective debate and of coordinating international actions of protest, with a great repercussion in the international public opinion. In this work we shall analyze the developement collective media dynamics, by taking as example the case of the association ATTAC-54. We try to illustrate the way the activists "anti-globalization" have create a space of discussion which transcends the national borders, having for consequence the emergence of an international civil society
