To achieve this we trace the following instruments: Empirical Note, Bibliographic and Documental Research, with which base our research. To this end, we seek to understand the development of Social Policy in Brazil, from its origin to the establishment of the Unified Social Services (ITS) as well as build the diagnosis of the violence committed against children and adolescents through the Network Socioassistencial Government in Cascavel / PR, in 2011. This paper does not intend to conduct a thorough analysis of the entire path taken by Social Services, to be effective as Public Policy, is what we want to list some elements to understand the referral of the state in social contradictions existing in our society in refers to assistance actions in confronting the phenomenon violence against children and adolescents, with the particularity the municipality of Cascavel / PR. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir A Política de Assistência Social no enfrentamento ao fenômeno violência da Rede Governamental no Município de Cascavel. Para alcançar tal objetivo foram traçados os seguintes procedimentos metodológicos: Observação Empírica, Pesquisa Bibliográfica e Pesquisa Documental, com os quais fundamentamos nossa pesquisa. Para tanto, buscamos entender o desenvolvimento da Política de Assistência Social no Brasil, desde sua origem até a instituição do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS), bem como construir o diagnóstico das violências cometidas contra crianças e adolescentes atendidos por meio da Rede Socioassistencial Governamental no município de Cascavel/PR, no ano de 2011. O presente trabalho não tem a pretensão de realizar uma análise profunda de todo o caminho percorrido pela Assistência Social, até se efetivar como Política Pública, o que queremos é elencar alguns elementos para compreendermos os encaminhamentos do Estado nas contradições sociais existentes em nossa sociedade no que se refere às ações assistenciais no enfrentamento ao fenômeno violência contra a criança e o adolescente, tendo como particularidade o município de Cascavel/PR.
