No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissert Marcia do Nascimento Oliveira.pdf: 1618660 bytes, checksum: a115648dcb9f846a65b32f3dde79da89 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2017-09-19 / Esse estudo aborda a influência da arte e cultura em uma instituição federal de ensino tecnológico, com a finalidade de promover trocas de experiências, fomentar a participação de pessoas ou grupos para planejar, organizar e realizar programações artísticas e culturais nas suas mais variadas formas de manifestação, de modo a incentivar e estimular a criação, transmissão, interlocução e desenvolvimento cultural aos seus alunos, professores, funcionários, gestores, diretores e demais pessoas que integram a comunidade acadêmica, devido à carência das referidas atividades no CEFET-RJ, unidade Maracanã. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo evidenciar a influência, a necessidade da existência e a reflexão sobre o que pode influenciar um Núcleo de Arte e Cultura para a Instituição. A abordagem é qualitativa a ser aplicada em um estudo de caso da instituição CEFET-RJ. A pesquisa pode ser classificada como exploratória. Os meios utilizados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica e o estudo de caso. O instrumento de pesquisa foi um levantamento realizado através de questionário semiestruturado direcionado aos docentes, gestores e técnicos administrativos com o intuito de observar as reais necessidades e a importância com relação ao tema em estudo. O tratamento dos dados foi a análise das respostas de forma qualitativa e quantitativa adotando-se o tratamento estatístico simples. O resultado da pesquisa mostrou a necessidade do Núcleo de Arte e Cultura, como um espaço físico, aberto, em que se possa pensar em temas relevantes e essenciais, com a troca de experiências, com os professores, funcionários e alunos, como forma de aproximar, atrair, unir, interagir, criar e integrar entre a arte e a tecnologia, trazendo, assim qualidade de vida a todos os envolvidos. / This study deals with the influence of art and culture in a federal institution of technological teaching, with the purpose of promoting exchanges of experiences, encouraging the participation of people or groups to plan, organize and carry out artistic and cultural programs in their most varied manifestations , In order to encourage and stimulate the creation, transmission, interlocution and cultural development of its students, teachers, employees, managers, directors and other people who are part of the academic community, due to the lack of such activities in CEFET-RJ, Maracanã unit. The present work has the purpose of evidencing the influence, the necessity of the existence and the reflection on what can generate of value with a Nucleus of Art and Culture for the Institution. The qualitative approach to be applied in a case study of the CEFET-RJ institution. The search can be classified as exploratory. The means used were the bibliographic research and the case study. The research instrument was a survey conducted through a semistructured questionnaire directed to teachers, managers and administrative technicians in order to observe the real needs and the importance in relation to the subject under study. The treatment of the data was the analysis of the answers in a qualitative and quantitative way, adopting the simple statistical treatment. The result of the research showed the need of the Art and Culture Center as an open, physical space where one can think about relevant and essential themes, with the exchange of experiences, with teachers, employees and students, as a way of approaching, Attract, unite, interact, create and integrate between art and technology, thus bringing quality of life to all involved.
