The aim of my dissertation was to describe the responsibilities of teachers in institutional pre-school education and how they bolster the moral development of pre-school age children, which takes place in the context of the children's mental progress and the formation of moral values gained from their families. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the moral progress of pre-school age children, educational and institutional strategies to develop the moral consciousness and good behavior of pre-school age children and the abilities and skills of teachers in the field of ethics education. The practical part describes the results of my research, which mainly surveys activities that improve the moral progress of children used in practice by teachers in nursery schools. The following chapter makes sugestions and evaluates the execution of educational projects aimed at the ethical education of pre-school age children. This work contibutes to the understanding of observations of the moral progress of a pre-school age child with connections to the practices and abilities of teachers in nursery schools. This thesis deals with free and controlled play activities in preschool education in terms of teachers. It focuses primarily on the game preschool children playing children spend most of their time is their most important activities for the advancement of their entire personality. The theoretical part is focused on defining the concept of game play and substance of the relationship and the importance of play of preschool children. It is focused on free and controlled the game and activities, and their ratio to the game in terms of teachers. The practical part is focused on the importance of teachers in the free and controlled the game and activities for children in kindergarten through observation. During the observation is focused on the description of children's activities, actions and attitudes of teachers towards free and controlled the game and activities, and children. The result is to highlight the important role of free and controlled the game in the life of preschool age, and especially access to teachers and their role in the open and controlled by children playing. This thesis is focused on relaxation regime in the life of pre-school kids in their family and in nursery school. In theoretical part child's needs and rights, evolution of motivation, emotionally-moral evolution and socialization of children in the given age group are defined. In the next part aims and conditions of contemporary nursery school its daily regime, rhythm and rituals are described. This work also deals with the work of a teacher and his competences. The following part is dedicated to contemporary family, its educational styles and current relationship between school and family. In the final part of the theoretical part sleep and relaxation and its importance as well as sleep malfunctions are described. Practical part is aimed at relaxation regime in families of the children and in nursery school. Through questionnaires state of relaxation regime in families and in two classes of nursery school was established. After implementing organizational and material suggestions in two classes of nursery school impact of these innovations on happiness of children and view of teachers of these changes was evaluated after six months. Project focusing on healthy lifestyles of preschool children According to the recent epidemiological examination has more than half the Czech population overweight. Overweight and obesity are associated with many serious health problems, higher mortality and significant are also high financial charges of their treatment. This thesis deals with a healthy life style and children's obesity issue. It's divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical chapters discuss about issues associated with health, nutrition, drinking regime, physical activity, relaxation, causes and consequences of children's obesity, food allergies and outline the principles of healthy nursery school. The practical part is about week project developing principles of a healthy life style. This inspiring instruction aims to take children and gently pull them to the topic and develop healthy living habits and attitudes. Due to the project realisation I was able to find out, that most pre-school children have acquired knowledge regarding healthy life style. However there are mainly parents, who are affecting food and leisure time their child, unfortunately not always in the right way.

TITLE Multicultural education in a nursery school SUMMARY The aim of my thesis is to define the issue of multicultural education in today's nursery school, especially in terms of care about the climate. The theoretical part is focused on the concept of multicultural education in a nursery school with a view to the global framework program for preschool education, creation of a multicultural environment and care for foreigners' children integrated into common activities of the nursery school classes. The practical part of my thesis consists of author's yearlong project within multicultural education in nursery schools, and research mapping the issues of integration and education of foreigners' children in regular nursery school classes. This thesis deals with the book as a medium and its comparison with other media available in the nursery schools in the Czech Republic. There is a definition of the media and the book in relation to a child of the pre-school age in the first part. This theoretical part is followed by an investigative survey carried out in nursery schools, which is focused on the views of teachers in nursery schools, parents and children as well. The final section depicts the project how the book can be used during the educational process in a nursery school.

This dissertation is meant especially for kindergartner, but also for everyone from the general public, who is concerned with extra-curricular leisure and sports activities of children. It provides general information about development and age peculiarities of preschool children, it discusses also about arrangement of physical training into the mode of nursery school and about influence of gym on the child's organism. The dissertation is further focused on usage of ball in physical training classes of preschool children and submittes a number of longer validated methodical suggestions of kinetic activities with balls for preschool children.

Language education permeates all nursery school activities. Theoretical part of this thesis is devoted into three parts: developing the language skills of preschool children, speech and language development in preschool children at home and in the nursery school, the proper development of speech at all language levels. I deal with the processing of language education in the current curriculum for preschool education, language competence, which should preschool child handle before attending primary school. I clarify the terminology, language education and the development of pre-reading skills, I give reasons for the importance of education before a child learns to read. I emphasize to familiarizing children with the book, the correct speech pattern of nursery school teachers. At the end of my work I deal with speech and learning disability dyslexia. In the practical part of my thesis I demonstrate created project of the development of language education which permeates controlled and free activities in a nursery school. In the project I want to show you how I have practically developed language and pre-reading skills of children before attending primary school.

Planning of school capacity in the Central Bohemia Region Abstract The objective of this thesis is to show the connection among demographic trends and the development of the educational system in the Central Bohemia Region from a quantitative point of view. This thesis focuses on repletion of school facilities, availability of education at pre-primary and basic levels and the possibility to estimate the basic parameters of the education system in future years. The first part addresses issues of methodology and the education system in general and theoretical level. It focused on the literature and data sources on the subject, describing the educational system in the Czech Republic and the development of educational legislation, explaining the methodology used in the second part of the thesis. The second part deals with specific application to data from the Central Bohemia Region. This section shows the numbers of children in nursery schools, pupils in basic schools and repletion of school facilities found in the districts of the Central Bohemia Region. The spatial distribution of school facilities is shown by proportional symbol technique. Furthermore, differences were found within the districts of Central Bohemia Region in relation to early childhood education by statistic methods. In conclusion the numbers...
