Šiuolaikinėje mokslinėje literatūroje vis didesnis dėmesys skiriamas asmenybės sutrikimams, kaip lemiantiems ne tik asmens charakterio patologijos ypatumus, bet ir įtakojantiems kitų psichikos sutrikimų kilmę bei raidą. Narcisistinio tipo asmenybės sutrikimas nūdienoje yra itin plačiai nagrinėjamas, ypatingai psichodinaminės teorijos rėmuose. Remiantis šiai paradigmai atstovaujančiais autoriais, savo tyrimu siekėme atskleisti narcisistinį asmenybės sutrikimą turinčių asmenų savęs vaizdo ypatumus. Siekėme nustatyti kokiu būdu savęs vaizdas formuojamas, kokie veiksniai įtakoja jo ypatumus. Tyrime dalyvavo aštuoni narcisistinį asmenybės sutrikimą turintys asmenys (diagnostiškai patvirtintą gydytojų psichiatrų), kurie gydėsi Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės VĮ Vilniaus miesto psichikos sveikatos centro konsultacinio centro dienos stacionaro skyriuje. Tyrime naudojamas kokybinis atvejo analizės metodas, kur pusiau struktūruoto interviu bei HTP projekcinės tyrimo metodikos pagalba vertinome tiriamųjų savęs vaizdo manifestaciją. Tiriamųjų savęs vaizdo ypatumai buvo vertinami atsižvelgiant į pagrindines gyvenimo sritis, kuriose atsispindi asmenybės bruožai: savastis, santykiai, darbinė veikla, emocijos, savikontrolė ir realus pasaulis. Tyrimo metu pavyko atskleisti narcisistinį asmenybės sutrikimą turinčių asmenų savęs vaizdo ypatumus, formavimosi prielaidas, įvertinti subjektyvų tiriamųjų savęs suvokimą bei vertinimą. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In the contemporary scientific literature the bigger and bigger attention is dedicated to the personal disorders which are determining the character pathology of personality and also influencing the origin and evolution of other mental affections. There are many discussions on narcissistic personality disorders nowadays especially on the platform of psychodynamic theory. Following the works of the authors working on the basis of psychodynamic paradigm we were willing to discover the singularities of self view belonging to the persons which have the narcissistic personality disorders. Our aim was to describe the way how the self view is fashioned, what are factors influencing the particularities of it. Eight persons having the narcissist type of personality disorders took part in our research (the diagnosis is confirmed by the psychiatrists). The method of qualitative case analysis is used in the research. In order to evaluate the manifestation of self view we have used the half - structures interview and HTP projection research methodology.
