Magistro darbe yra pateiktas neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimo konceptas, išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių teoriniai darbai ir praktiniai neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos tyrimai. Atlikta profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimą reglamentuojančios teisinės bazės ir neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos specialistų bei neįgaliųjų asmenų, dalyvavusių profesinės reabilitacijos programoje, nuomonių apie profesinės reabilitacijos reglamentavimą, sampratą ir kokybę analizė, pateikta profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimo struktūra, įvardinti profesinės reabilitacijos paslaugų teikimo principai. Patvirtinta autorės suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad Lietuvoje yra sukurta neįgaliųjų profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimą reglamentuojanti teisinė bazė, veikia už profesinės reabilitacijos organizavimą atsakingų institucijų tinklas, tačiau profesinės reabilitacijos paslaugų kokybės užtikrinimui trūksta šių paslaugų reglamentavimo aiškumo ir funkcijų tarp paslaugas teikiančių institucijų pasiskirstymo. / This master’s paper indicates the concept of the organization of vocational rehabilitation of disabled people; it analyzes and systemizes theoretical works and practical research in vocational rehabilitation conducted by various Lithuanian and foreign authors. The paper presents a detailed analysis of legal basis that regulates organization of vocational rehabilitation and the opinion of vocational rehabilitation specialists and the disabled who participated in vocational rehabilitation program about the legal regulation, concept, and quality of vocational rehabilitation. It also presents the structure of the organization of vocational rehabilitation and principles for the realization of vocational rehabilitation. Paper proves hypothesis formulated by the author that Lithuania has legal basis that regulates the organization of vocational rehabilitation and there is a net of institutions that are responsible for the organization of vocational rehabilitation, though there is no distinctness in legal regulation of the services and institutional distribution of functions in realizing vocational rehabilitation services.
